“Good Complimentary Breakfast”

We found the hotel comfortable, clean and convenient if not inspiring. We had some problems with our door on the second day we were staying and the manager on duty moved us to another room immediately without question. W enjoyed the complimentary free breakfast each day and also found the location quite convenient (at least with a car). Car parking cost us extra each day but the internet was free which was also great. We found the hotel to be within reasonable walking distance of the Mt Adams neighborhood with good bars and restaurants provided you are ok with a wee climb.

“Very nice”

Great hotel to stay at. Room size and decor are very welcoming. Newer building, very artistically maintained. Such a relief to see two separate areas for the bath and toilet..Wi-Fi is built in and so is breakfast. Those two are definite advantages over some of the more pricier options downtown. I-71 is literally at its footsteps, so getting onto Freeway is not a big deal at all. Staff are very friendly despite being a Gen Y contemporary place. Onsite parking is convenient althought there is an extra eight dollars for that. Would definitely stay again.

“Highly recommend”

I was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast was very good. The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that the air conditioner never got very cold and the room was a little warmer then I would have liked. But besides that it was a great place to stay.

“Clean and contemporary”

The Springhill Suites are very clean and contemporary----I really liked the unique lighting, furniture, and layout of the rooms. Very cool. The hotel was easy to spot from the highway, although it took us a minute to figure out which exit to take to get there from I-71. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool--but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning. There were several food choices--egg sandwiches, waffles, pastries, cereal, etc. We would definitely come back.

“Outstanding New Property”

I am a long-time Marriott customer. This hotel is a winner. Even though they opened recently, they really have their act together. It will be my default choice in Cincy.

Came to Cincinnati for a weekend trip with kids. It was very clean, updated, and the breakfast was great! Will return again

This hotel is new and the rooms and facilities are very well designed and put together. My main concern about the hotel was the service aspect. The staff does not greet you when you enter and with the open space in the lobby, you can feel a little lost as to where to go. I think the staff needs to be more interactive. And the bar closed too early. Went down at 11:30 on a Friday night for a nightcap and they were already closed up and had everything put away.
