“Most Comfortable Beds Ever!”

We were very pleased with this hotel. The rate was great and the room was nice. The only issue (minor) was with the daily cleaning service. It seems that they always forgot to leave soap or bath mat or something...I was able to get the missing item later, but it was annoying. The breakfast was great - including a lot of hot items and some healthy choices. The best part was the bed...so comfortable. I wanted to take the mattress and bedding home!

Only complaint, double beds were a bit small. Rooms very nice, great pool and jacuzzi, great workout room, and far above average breakfast. Evening staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and pleasant. Definitely stay again.

Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Plus there was no noise, very quiet!

“Nice and comfortable place to stay in blue ash”

I reached the hotel at 11pm, and was greeted by a courteous staff. It took 2-3 mins to check-in. The room was big and clean. Very clean linen. Comfortable bed. they had free wireless internet, so no need of worrying about paying 5-10$ per night for it. And finally to top it all, they provided a very nice breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and it was nice and clean. We stay here when we visit family in town. The pool area and gym are nice amenities. I think this is well worth the money especially compared to hotel nearby. The free breakfast is also very good.

“Quiet and Comfortable”

The hotel had some maintenance issues. The ice machines on two of the four floors were out of order and the toilet in our room overflowed the first time it was flushed. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful (we were quickly given a new room when the toilet overflowed). The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Overall a nice place to stay for the price. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in town.
