Very comfortable surroundings. Hotel very clean and well maintained.

This hotel was priced best for what you got. The service was exceptional. The only things I'd say that is missing is hair conditioner and room service. It would've be nice to just call for a breakfast in bed, but they were extremely helpful in giving me delivery menus from a few surrounding food joints. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender and server who took care of us for our Saturday night dinner was very friendly and made us feel like family. He talked and interacted with my two yr. old grandson who laughed and had fun with him. I would stay in this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

Everything about the West Chester Wyngate was excellent. It is relatively close to downtown Cincinnati via the Interstate. I was there to watch the pro tennis tournament in Mason, Ohio and the ride to Mason was short and easy. I plan to stay at the Wyngate whenever I am in Cincinnati.

I give this hotel 4 1/2 stars. The hotel itself was very beautiful. The breakfast bar, Swimming pool, my room and my family rooms was very nice. I have already recommended this hotel to others.

“My wife and child were happy”

Everything desired for a family overnight - indoor pool and hot tub, clean, friendly, well stocked complimentary breakfast buffet, in-room fidge, and large bathroom. Highly recommend Sultan's Mediterranean Cuisine on Tyler's Corner Drive just a short drive from hotel. The international market/grocery is worth a stop. We headed to Newport Aquarium in the morning - 30 minutes from hotel. My wife and 5-y.o. are discriminating hotel guests and they were most pleased. We'll be back with extended family to shop at Ikea and check out the golf course across from the hotel.

Friendly service, super comfortable beds, nice pool, hot and cold breakfast buffet was a nice addition. Would definitely stay there again.
