not what i expected. the hotel is impossible to get to and its extremely remote. the pool and view is the main selling point and the water was freezing so we couldn't enjoy it. the bed was uncomfortable and we didn't have hot water our first night. not worth it

This place was amazing, Daniela was so nice and warm welcome! She went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. The views from this hotel are breathtaking! A must stay at, this is total R&R and close and easy to get to Cinque Terre from.

Awesome stop before 5 terre
Beautiful place up on the hills right behind the city. Great views on a small functioning farm. breakfast was lovely and the owner is just lovely. Drive is steep if you are walking but we walked into town and back no problem. Thanks for the great stay we will be back!

Nice hotel, but difficult to get to
The hotel is very nice. View is great. The owner is very nice and accomodating. Just be prepared as getting to it is difficult due to the steep, curvy and narrow road. Also there is no restaurant on site. They do have an agreement with one in town who delivers, but it has a limited menu. The apartment was very charming, clean and nice.

Beautiful view, friendly owners
To check-in you MUST call before to schedule a time as this is a privately owned rental. Owner will come to meet you at the gate as it is safely secured and private. Once meeting owner, she provided a gate remote and key, as well as explained all options for entertainment, dining, showed rental place, and walked the grounds with us. You will find they are very accommodating and welcoming. (She) also knows English, which was a plus for us as the Google Translate App was helpful at times. They prefer you pay for reservation cash upon an agreed upon checkout time, so plan on taking about 180 euro from ATM to account for stay AND food. Food can be ordered by calling owner as she explains and leaves a menu for you with her number... it is delivered about an hour and a half later so plan ahead if you order through their partnering restaurant. (She informed us to plan ahead about 1.5 hours prior to eating. Cost of food is added to final bill at time of check out. Be prepared to have cash or get a 2-3% interest charge for using card. Again, privately owned. Awesome infinity pool and amazing view. There are 2 pools next to each other and a game room. A small playground is available if you have kids. Grape vines surround property and they sell their own wine affordable as well. We enjoyed a bottle with dinner on patio. Again, seaside view was amazing!! Worth every penny. We thought it was very quaint and enjoyed our stay very much! definitely recommended and we would return.

Unmatched views
Tricky drive up the switchback road but WORTH IT! Views are unmatched--Golfo dei Poeti, La Spezia, Appenines, etc. Easy access to Cinqueterra from train in La Spezia. Daniella is a delightful hostess who makes everything for you a priority. They only accept cash so be ready at checkout. Loved this place! Would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed the great view. The apartment was nicely furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. Do not bother ordering dinner, as it was not very good. The driveway is very narrow and steep, so if you have a large car you may not wish to book this place. We loved our stay.

What an amazing view!
We loved this place for a base to explore the Cinque Terre, and we also loved just hanging out in the terraced olive groves...swimming in the infinity pool and enjoying the overall vibe of the place.

Magnificent views, Serene location
A collection of stone farm cottages perched 170m above La Spezia. This is a wonderful retreat out in the countryside. Rooms are clean and well equipped including a wood oven outside as well as conventional cooking facilities. The infinity pool and separate jacuzzi pool are excellent with superb views over the town and the mountains in the background. The location means you are very close to nature and it is very relaxing. Take care on the steep winding lane up to the hotel, and give it your full attention instead of admiring the views. Its well worth it on reaching the top.

Slightly Problematic last .5 miles leading to hotel_ The last ½ mile leading to the hotel consists of about 9 curves. If your vehicle surpasses the following dimensions you will most likely have extreme difficulties reaching the lodging facility, but it can be accomplished: Front 87.5in; Side 184.5 in. One positive is that the road leading to the hotel is private property so traffic is somewhat limited.

Vue et piscine magnifique!
Accès assez difficile par une petite route sinueuse et très étroite. Tout en haut la vue est magnifique et la piscine aussi. Le calme entouré des vignes et des oliviers. Petit appartement confo, petit mais tout y est, une belle petite terrasse avec vue sur la ville, le port et la mer en prime. Pas d'internet dans la chambre on doit monter jusqu'à la piscine pour y avoir un accès mitigé. Bel accueil par la propriétaire et bons conseils avec carte et explications sur les sites à visiter.

la propriétaire est sympathique, disponible ,malgré un emplacement magnifique , l'accès reste très critique.nous n'avons malheureusement pas profiter de la ville en fin de journée des lors ou nous avons rejoint le logement .prévoir une petite voiture et idéalement en boite automatique . petit déjeuner a revoir produits locaux et fruits serait de rigueur pour un agritourisme.

Fantastisk hotell hvis du ikke er så opptatt av å bo midt i sentrum. En halvtime å gå til sentrum fra hotellet. Litt dyr taxitur fra togstasjonen, men hotellet kan hente deg hvis du spør om det! Nydelig utsikt!

Wunderbare Lage überhalb von La Spezia. Auto auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Taxi vom Bahnhof kostet 18 Euro, ist aber auch zu Fuss in ca 1h erreichbar. Wein aus eigener Produktion gibt es zu kaufen und von einem Restaurant kann essen bestellt werden, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall selbst Essen und Trinken mitzunehmen. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool mit Meeresblick.

The street up to the hotel was so narrow and steep that it was impossible for us to go up in our car. I would not recommend the hotel unless you are prepared to walk all the way up from La Spezia or have 4wd. We had to cancel our stay there to find another hotel. The manger was very helpful though.

Magical place
After a terrifying drive up the mountain, with a car slightly too big to handle the sharp turns and narrow roads, we arrived at the most amazing place. There were fireflies buzzing around, the hostess was extremely helpful, and the view of La Spezia down the mountain was great. Best place I've ever stayed.

Great location
Lovely place up on the hills. Beautiful view to the city of La Spezia. Very friendly and helpfull family running this agriturismo. Stunning swimming pool with an unbelievable view. We relaxed here and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is simple, but nice like it is. Best is the view and your own terrace. The street up to the hotel is very curvy, but in a good condition. We will recommend this accommodation to all our friends.

Insgesamt sehr schöne Anlage, toller gepflegter Pool mit Horizontalkante, Whirlpool und Wasserfall, leider etwas wenig Deckchairs teilweise in etwas klapprigem Zustand. Die Appartements sind auf ordentlichem Standard ausgestattet. Sehr engagierte Inhaberin, kümmert sich um alle Belange sehr gut. Die Verpflegung, sofern man Sie bestellt, wird aus La Spezia mit dem Roller gebracht. Das ist teuer und ziemlich durchgeschüttelt, wenn es ankommt. Die Anfahrt is eine Herausforderung, klappt aber prima. Man muss sich daran gewöhnen, dass auf dem Schild nicht der gleiche Name steht, wie man im Netz gebucht hat.

Fantastisk gårdshotell med nydelig utsikt
Her er det bratt! Smal og bratt vei opp til stedet og du lurer på om du har kjørt feil! Vår Volvo V70 måtte rygge i svingene for å komme rundt. Intet sted for dårlige sjåfører, sarte sjeler eller for store biler. Men for et sted! Fantastisk for en kjæreste tur. Intet sted for 14 åringen som vil på nettet. Det finnes kun i hovedhuset, lenger oppe i lia. Ellers anbefales dette på det varmeste! Fint utgangspunkt for å besøke Cinque Terre, og dagsturer til Firenze, Lucca osv
