Hotel needs a face lift. Looking a bit tired. Convenient location for walking into town catching boats or train to Cinque Terre. Staff were cordial.

I would highly recommend skipping this hotel. It is seriously run down and the staff are terrible. What’s funny is they proudly state 4 stars on the hotel, the reality is it’s less than 1 star. Due to a change in our itinerary we needed to make change our booking from 2 to 1 days and called ahead of time and we’re told this was possible by the staff. When we arrived at the hotel later the story changed were told we were past the change period and would have to pay for the entire stay. We spoke to the manager the next day who was not friendly and did nothing. They are just out for money and do not care about customer service. We ended up having to pay for 2 nights and leaving after 1. If you are booking a hotel to see the Cinque Terre look for another option. You will thank me.

They encourage you to use a back way to get to the city area. This was very dirty and loaded with garbage. one night we were blocked by a group of un-savory looking characters. I told the manager they need to get with the police on cleaning this up.

Location is great. In the City Centre. 11 minutes to Central Station and 10 minutes to the Ferry terminal. Short walk to the shops and restaurants Room is not a 4 stars. Basic room. No coffee maker/tea or electric jug. No glass to drink either. Only fridge Bathroom: small, shower is bad, small shower head and low water pressure. Disposable plastic cups in the bathroom. Only 1 elevator for 7 floors building and takes ages Breakfast is free and good variety Staff is friendly and check in easy Overall: only location that's make this hotel 4 stars

We were traveling with a baby and even though AC was advertised, we were told they were saving the environment and could not switch ours on. It was 26 degrees Celsius in the room, our refridgerator did not work, and so all baby food was spoiled and no one slept due to the conditions in the room.

Our room was the most depressing room I’ve ever stayed in. Thank god I was only there for one night. The rooms are below ground so there was only a small window that did not get any natural light. Stark, sterile white walls. Think jail cell block or hospital room. Room was cold but there was no thermostat control in room and was told we weren’t allowed to adjust the room temperature. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Would not recommend!

great hotel in the center of town with free parkin
we stayed for 2 nights. the hotel was clean and confi' the room was big' so was the shower' it enen has a saparate ac in the room. the stuff is frindly kind and helpfull' you park the car and dont need to move it since the hotel is one min from center, to the train you go about 10 min. breakfast was great' fresh with a lot of veriety. we will defenetly come again.

We book 2 rooms, one had air conditioning, but not the other one. We were told that by law they had to turn off ac unit for room 1. But not in the family room because its considered autonomous. Non sence. Property is well located, but shoud be remodeled big time. Aparently is under staff, had a leak on ac that flooded room. The clerk that check in us was the same that bought towels and try to dry the floor. Breakfast not bad.

This is a typical European hotel. The staff were great and accommodating. We rented two rooms. Our room had firm, pillow top beds that were very comfy however the Wifi was inconsistent and air conditioning was not great. Our colleague’s room had good Wifi and air conditioning but they described their bed as hard with spring poking you. The location was fantastic! It was about a 15 minute walk to the train with luggage down a street that was pedestrian only. There were tons of stores and restaurants in the area.

We had an issue with the wifi at check in. The room was obviously in a dead zone. It took quite some time, and finagling, and re-setting of the router with no success. The staff person was reluctant to change our room and persisted in having us try and re try. Finally, finally, we were moved and everything went wonderfully after that. Nice clean modern-ish hotel. Spacious room. Smaller bathroom with the usual European tiny shower. Good breakfast with a decent selection of breads, fruits, etc. No coffee maker in room. Would definitely stay there again!

First the bad stuff .....Property is NOISY. ..sound carries from adjoining rooms and from plumbing. If you like it nice and quiet then stay away. It is not 4 star ..at very best a 3 star. Lift takes ages.Rooms are very basic. Shower is poor ..hostel standard. At breakfast order your coffee from the kitchen as the coffee on tap in the dining room is dire. Good things... staff at breakfast very nice and BF good. Managed to get a hotel free parking spot right outside which is a nice bonus. Reception staff very helpful .. speaking English/French ( Italian). LOCATION is the best bit.. lift to ground floor gets you right into the town centre with easy access to train station (10 min walk) and lots of great places to eat ..and drink. FINALLY ...great value for money €100 per night for 3 adults (family room) Cant beat that !!

El hotel está muy bien localizado súper cerca de los restaurantes y las tiendas y a 10min caminando de la estación de tren. Tiene estacionamiento permitido en la calle pero hay que tener suerte de encontrar lugar. En la recepción y en el desayunado son todos muy amables. El desayuno tiene variedad de alimentos. Las habitaciones nada acogedoras y las camas muy duras. Realmente hace falta una buena remodelación.
