“Beautiful area”

The town and area are beautiful. The hotel is only a few steps from the ferry/boats to take you to Cinque Terra towns. The hotel is nice and rooms are large. The room was very clean. Bed was not comfortable but I did get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was very good. The view from the room was great.

“Best hotel for the price in Cinque Terre”

The location was great - overlooking the water and adjacent to the old town. Ferry to Cinque Terre (service thru Nov 1) is right across from hotel. Hotel service was friendly and helpful. Full continental breakfast. Rooms were nice but not great (shower only in small bathroom)

“Definitely should not be considered a 4-star”

The room was dirty, the shower was tiny. They charged an arm and a leg for internet usage. the only appealing thing about this hotel was the location. I stayed in this hotel because I relied in the 4 star rating. I would have been willing to pay more money for better accommodations. Overall, I was not happy staying here.
