great town, convenient hotel
used as a base for our Cinque Terra experience. close to town, and autostrada. clean,, tipical European hotel. I would stay there again. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast with lots of choices.

It was hot and crazy the AC didnt work in the hotel. they gave us fans at the night and they were full of dust. since it was last minute booking i had no options

Great hotel and staff
The location was convenient for going into Sarzana - only a 10 minute walk to get to centre of city. Or you can drive in a couple of minutes but parking is limited. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice and spacious enough. Desk staff was great and spoke excellent English.

Too far from Cinque Terre
Took several trains and a taxi to finally reach hotel. Never got to visit Cinque Terre the day of travel because it was too late by the time we got to the hotel. Sara a is not close to Cinque.

Nice Hotel, a walk away from the train station.
This hotel has a home atmosphere as it is family owned, they care about their guests, the Wi fi is excellent in the room. their dinners are delicious and quite reasonable, there is a coffee shop attached to the hotel, located on a main street, the room was clean, the towels were fresh, there was just enough of everything, it served our needs. The staff were very friendly and are willing to help and even come out to the street to show direction. Very pleasant.

Very good situation, easy to find. Sarzana is a horrible city when you have a car (italians like when you go fast ;) ) but the hotel was very clean.

Just a 1 night stay before a trip to Cinque Terre. A little far out but reasonable price. Nice clean hotel, no frills. Helpful staff.

Convenient, decently priced hotel for the area
Very convenient location to southern Liguria and northern Tuscany, pretty close to the autostrada. The town of Sarzana itself was the nicest surprise--lovely downtown! We ate well there for very reasonable prices, and in the summer there was a carousel on the piazza for the kids. The hotel served its purpose. Very helpful front desk staff, nice lobby and a great pastry shop attached. The brioches for breakfast were delicious! (Breakfast not included in prices, but normal bar prices for pastry/coffee.) The rooms and beds were comfortable enough for our purposes. We were just looking for someplace decent to sleep as we visited the towns in the area and this was it. Not luxurious, dated decor, and the bathroom could definitely use some maintenance/updated but it WAS a stand-up shower box which is nice for Italy! So, if you are just looking a clean decent place to spend a night or two, this is it. If you want your hotel to be something to enjoy/spend time in--this is NOT it.

Basic, but clean hotel
This hotel met our expectations - the room was very basic, with no view, but it was clean. It is located on a busy street, about a 15 minute walk from the old, more scenic area of Sarzana. There was no refrigerator in the room to allow us to keep food or beverages cold and no breakfast was provided, unlike other places that we stayed, but there was a restaurant and cafe attached to the hotel. The hotel itself was a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel staff were very helpful in printing off train schedules for us and information about hiking in nearby Cinque Terre. They spoke English very well and were always very cheerful. The hotel does have free wi-fi, but we experienced some difficulties in accessing it.

Nice Inexpensive Hotel
Very nice experience. Inexpensive restaurant and cafe attached to the hotel. Owners were very pleasant and helpful with our travel plans. Location was a 15-20 minute walk from train station. Nice that ice was available and at least one television station was in English.

didn't like this hotel. it was adjacent to the gas-station... there was a big stain on the bed sheet. I won't go to this hotel again.

Un hall bella grossa e d'impatto i gestori molto a modo e cordiali,le camere sono abbastanza ampie e sono state ristrutturate non da molto tempo pero ci sono piccole pecche d'usura che in un hotel 3 stelle non dovrebbe esserci .

In camera l'aria condizionata non c'era, nell'armadio non vi era nessuna gruccia/appendiabito, le abat jour poste sui comodini a lato del letto non erano collegate con il cavo elettrico, abbiamo dovuto provvedere in proprio inserendo le spine nella presa

4 nuits, petit dej a 5 euros tres correct, personnel très agréable. Resto tres moyen mais im y a de quoi faire en ville Photo des chambres pas tres ressemblantes ou alors pas toutes rénovées. Tres bon emplacement pour visiter autour

Opholdet i sig selv var ganske udmærket og servicen var fremragende. Men aircondition på værelserne var ikke ligefrem brugbar. Daglig rengøring på værelserne var en rigtig godt at få

Arrivati a destinazione ci siamo soffermati alla reception per il ceck in, siamo stati indirizzati in camera che si presentava visibilmente pulita, ma camminando a piedi nudi ci si accorgeva della polvere presente sul pavimento. Il bagno non era pulito a dovere soprattutto il water che presentava le parti cromate arruginite (tipo il pulsante per lo scarico e i supporti che fissano la tavoletta al wc)! Al mattino seguente dovevamo lasciare la camera tra le 10 e le 10.30, ma alle 9.50, l'irruenza del personale di pulizia dei locali, bussando alla porta, ci ha affrettati a lasciare la camera!!

Abbiamo prenotato una camera x una notte ad una coppia di amici che sono stati a trovarci. Mi hanno riferito di essere stati bene, l hotel è molto più carino dentro rispetto al fuori. Pulizia ok e pure cortesia del personale.

La struttura è datata e le camere arredate in vecchio stile anche se pulite. In futuro non ci tornerei vista l'accoglienza e comunque ci sono alberghi più recenti ed a buon prezzo

Un discreto hotel a prezzo piuttosto contenuto
Un onesto "tre stelle" che s'è rivelato migliore di quanto mi aspettavo. E' situato vicino a una strada di grande comunicazione, ma il rumore del traffico non disturba. Pulizia, confort e dimensioni della stanza e del bagno più che accettabili. Il ristorante adiacente è gradevole: si mangia discretamente a prezzi contenuti. Personale tutto gentilissimo, molto disponibile, sorridente e cordiale. L'hotel è consigliatissimo per chi ha un cane: la proprietaria stravede per gli amici a quattro zampe, quindi li accetta anche senza preavviso e non c'è alcun supplemento da pagare. Lo eleggo hotel preferenziale per i soggiorni in zona.

Está ubicado lejos del centro, pero tiene todo lo necesario, amplio estacionamiento, con auto llegas rápidamente al centro de la ciudad que es un centro antiguo, una exquisita ciudad típicamente medieval, digna de conocer. Además está a pocos kilómetros de La Spezia, que permite acceder a le cinque terre, un conjunto de pueblos lindísimos.

L'hôtel est le long d'une route principale proche de l'autoroute. Excellent accueil et en Français par la responsable. J'ai senti un esprit très sympathique et en plus de très bons conseils pour visiter la région qui est magnifique. L'hôtel et à 10 minutes de Lerici et malgré tout reste bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres et les villages balnéaires proches. Très bon rapport/qualité/prix Hôtel à taille humaine ou le sourrir prime et ou j'ai fais de belle découverte humaines. Merci à toute l'équipe et je reviendrais avec plaisir!!!

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
A parte la location (adiacente a stazione di servizio e in zona trafficata, ma abbastanza vicina al centro storico), l'hotel è pulito, in ordine e complessivamente gradevole con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto cordiali alla reception. Sarebbe apprezzata la colazione compresa nell'arrangiamento. Sicuramente consigliabile come punto d'appoggio per visitare la provincia.
