Nice B&B hotel if you don't mind the steps
Hotel is split by the road from Lerici to Tellaro. Most rooms are on the opposite of the road to the main part of the hotel. Not suitable for the frail or disabled due to many steps and no lifts. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Superior rooms have a terrace with sea views, sun loungers and a small table. You are not allowed to keep food or drinks in the room fridge. Don't know why. Good choice of food for continental breakfast but no hot food and no self service (due to Covid rules). Nice sea views from restaurant. Breakfast is the only meal available in the hotel but there are some excellent restaurants in Tellaro (approx 1/4 mile away) and Lerici (approx 2 miles away). There are lots of steps from the rooms to the main hotel and then down to the (very small) private beach. There are several (south-facing) terraces on the way down to the beach for sitting and lounging and a small bar just above the beach for drinks and snacks.

Beautiful spot and gorgeous town
Beautiful location and great hotel. Beach is gorgeous and the town of Tellaro has all the charm of the Cinque Terra towns without the crowds. Get a sea view room!

Well-located hotel.
This hotel was a short walk into the heart of the beautiful village of Tellaro. Parking was very convenient and secure. Clean room with excellent air-conditioning. Pleasant hotel staff. Easy bus to Lerici to catch Cinque Terre ferry for a day trip. However, hotel does not allow you to bring your own food/drinks to the lounge/beach areas (there is a snack bar). The absurd notice to not put your own drinks in the minibar in the room was off-putting. Beach is only OK -small and crowded and there is a nearby public beach (short 5 min walk) which is very nice. Paying premium to have beach access at the hotel not worth the extra money.

Dear Madam thank you for your valutation: But we feel in your words a bit of bitterness First nobody paying premium to have beach access in our Hotel, the service is included. Then the mini-bar inside the rooms are an extra payment service, it isn't possible to put other own drinks. For the food these mini-bar aren't suitable, because the temparature are not good for keeping food. When our guests buy some food we offer the hotel refrigerators. Of course it is not possible to eat own food/drinks in our beach, because there is our beach-bar staff working to satisfy all request. You can eat own food inside your room!!

Il Nido is Neat-O!
The place is well worth the harrowing drive to get to it. Room was small—not much more than a full and a single bed, an armoire and a small bathroom—but we weren't there to hang out in the hotel room. The room was very clean, there was plenty of hot water, and the A/C worked very well. Enough said. The hotel's beach is small, but they have many levels cut into the hillside with lounge chairs. The swimming alcove is beautiful, clean, calm and not at all crowded. The little snack bar will tide you over until you can walk into the village for a real meal. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice place to stay if you're spending a couple of days in the Cinque Terre region!

A scenic, relaxing stay.
Please note that this review is based upon visiting during Spring Break, so it is not quite the high season for tourism. Pros Very clean - The room was cleaned when we arrived and during our stay. Lobby, sitting areas, and even outdoor were well taken care of The breakfast - it is a buffet (meat, cheese, bread, cereal, bacon, eggs, juices) with a very nice espresso/cappuccino.machine. Additionally they have gluten free and organic options. Get there early and have a great window view. The outdoor area - while the "private" beach, is a strip of about 30 ft during high tide, there are multiple decks and seating. Excellent scenic area Location - near a host of great restaurants with a 2 minute walk. Cons - The bed - a little firm and uncomfortable. Lacking sheets. Two properties - The view is nice from the balcony, but obstructed by a powerline; however, it is still pretty nice! The closeby town, Tellaro, is an excellent visit and walk. Not much to do, but that is kind of the point. Must sit on rocks in front of church, and view it during the day and night. If you go to a restaurant - Osteria la Caletta. Everything we tried was great - Seafood pasta, Squid Ink Pasta, Mixed Fried Seafood, Ricotta Cheesecake, House Wine, Lobster Ravioli, etc. Overall, an excellent, scenic place to stay. Loved being here, and plan on returning. May bring my own pillow next time though.

Superb ten day stay at Il Nido
My husband and I love Italy,but it was our first time to stay in this Cinque Terre region.It was spectacular and a true delight. A highlight was a day in Porto Venere,accessed by ferry from Lerici--wonderful and memorable day. The hotel was brilliant-quietly under-stated, first-class service in every way,and the staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant.Crisp bed linen and fluffy white towels replaced every day are just one example.Would happily recommend to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet and great food.

Perfect location
We had a great time at il Nido hotel, we enjoyed the great and beautiful location. For us, the privet beach was a huge plus. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice and every thing was fresh and tasty. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms and other parts of the hotel are kept very clean.

No fiasco in Fiascherino
This is the second short break we've stayed here and we're just about to book a third....which should say it all! This is a stunningly-located hotel. We've had a top floor room with a nice large terrace with panoramic views over the bay: be sure to specifically book the deluxe sea view rooms- well worth the few extra quid!!! The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a huge range to choose from. We've only stayed off season so we've never seen the bar or beach bar open. The private beach, accessed down LOTS of steps, is fantastic, with a multi-level sunbathing deck set down the cliff side. There are lovely restaurants within a short walk, and Lerici is about a 30 minute walk away with a huge range of bars and restaurants beside the harbour. Beware that the nature of the terrain around here means there are LOADS of steps to climb and descend wherever you go! The rooms, whilst quite basic, are very clean with the best value mini-bar I've seen!

Great spot for a home base, but not one to spend much time in or expect a great night's sleep. Paper thin walls and lack of amenities set this back for a romantic vacation, but overall, this hotel served its purpose in a beautiful location.

Totally worth it
This hotel is a hidden gem. The private beach, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, and spectacular views are worth far more than what you pay. The breakfast buffet is by far one of the best we've had in Europe, and we've lived here seven years and travel every month. The staff is more than accommodating. I guess living in paradise will do that to you. There are some issues to note. We stayed in the other building across the street from the lobby with our two children. The road you have to cross to get to the main part of the hotel is very windy and quite scary. It's like a human version of the game Frogger. With our sensory-seeking child, it made the approach to crossing the street quite nerve-racking. Also, there are several sets of stairs everywhere. I had recently broken my lower leg and was walking with a boot. Navigating the stairs was tricky but worth it once I got to the beach.

Dear guest the hotel has reserved you the room that you have booked by Hotel.com: The standard double room hasn't panoramic sea view, there is only the balcony. For the sea view you must book "Room with balcony and sea view"

Beautiful location
Everything was great, except for the comfort of our bed. The bed was like sleeping on a board. We had a family room. I am guessing that the other rooms might have more comfortable beds. The family room did not have a view and was across the road. Without kids, you probably get better rooms. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was great.

Great Location, Polite Staff.
The location is away from the town of Lerici, about 2km away on a winding road. An easy 45min drive to Pisa, easy to drive to Firenze, a short drive to Portovenere. Location is convenient for other car travels & close to town shopping areas. The staff was very friendly & spoke English (no Deutsche, but that's ok). Breakfast was good w/ eggs, bacon, fruit, brotchen, juice, coffee, milk. The view from the breakfast room was great. The rooms across the street can view the water when outside. Parking area is locked with a gate. The very beach is small but private. There are many places to lie in the sun as they have many levels of chairs on a porch and up the cliff. The only problem was that we found the beds to be uncomfortable. The room itself was good & had AC, stand up shower, & bidet. Overall, we'd go back there without hesitation.

Excellent location close to the sea.
You have to be able to handle stairs. The hotel is devided in two buildings split by the village road. Not much traffic, so no big issue. Nice view over the ocean and a private beach. Reccomendable!

Gentile Ospite,la nostra struttura è aperta da marzo a ottobre. Il riscaldamento è all'interno di tutte le camere e viene utilizzato davvero poco.Per quanto riguarda lo scarico del wc, poteva avvisarci e avremmo provveduto immediatamente. La struttura viene ristrutturata costantemente.

Un vero nido per coccolarsi.
Posizione splendida, la nostra camera vista mare con terrazzino aveva una splendida vista; il parcheggio (gratuitto) essenziale per la zona (grande difficoltà di parcheggio). Silenzioso per il riposo notturno, colazioni di livello superiore alla categoria con ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Personale molto gentile. Consigliabile (specie scegliendo la camera fronte mare!)

近隣の公共ビーチへのアプローチも簡単！
ギリギリでの予約だったので料金は高めだったが、レストランも近隣にたくさんあり、とても快適なホテルだった。狭いながらもプライベートビーチもあり、駐車場も広くて便利だった。崖に立つホテルだがエレベーターが無く、に上下移動は階段に頼るしかないのが玉に瑕だった。イタリア人より他の欧州諸国からの利用者が多かった。
