“A wonderful time had by all”

Beautiful hotel, Great service in all aspects. When we arrived the settee bed wasn't made up for our little girl, we went down stairs for a cup of tea and by the time we came back it was done! lovely and clean and child friendly. would definately stay again.

“Fantastic hotel, will definitely go back”

This is a fantastic hotel. It's modern, bright, clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Connoisseur Balcony room and the view was absolutely stunning. It was so peaceful and relaxing, waking up and going out onto the balcony. There was a huge selection for breakfast and for dinner we ate at the Brassiere, which had great service and wonderful food. After dinner we sat at The Lounge bar and had cocktails, which was lovely. During our stay we used the swimming pool, sauna and booked a rasul mud treatment at the spa (definitely worth doing) Everything about this hotel is 5*, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning sometime soon.

Very friendly, staff very helpful. Often Queues at reception so be prepared for a wait. A little background music would add a bit of atmosphere.

The hotel is well situated close to Cirencester & the Cotswolds. The staff are very friendly and obliging. The facilities are excellent - especially the Spa and Pool. We dined in the Boat House and found the quality of food and the level of service superb. As it was our anniversary weekend we had a cream tea in the lounge - this was really delicious !

Lovely Hotel. Large rooms with everything you needed. The staff were very helpful & facilities were excellent. Lovely views over the adjoining lakes.

Hotel is no way 'Luxurious'. Very average infact. Breakfast tasted cheap, although there was a good choice. Bed not great. No fridge in room.
