"I had two weeks in Rockefeller hotel as solo traveller for vacations and it was a great choice for longer stay. Hotel itself is in safe area and honestly I think the city does not deserve the negative publicity it gets for safety. I walked around both during day time and evenings alone and did not feel threatened. Hotel, its facilities were excellent with friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful. Restaurant on the other hand was not that spectacular, dined there few times and can’t say it deserved a four star hotel (tried both sushi and pasta and pizza). For no I g around I have used Uber which was super convenient, affordable and max 2 minutes wait to be picked up. Just a comment, would be nice to have a bath robe :) "

"We stayed three nights at the AC Marriott hotel 3-6 April 2024. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out the service was exceptional! The staff were helpful, friendly, hospitable and professional. The hotel and our room was lovely and clean. The beds were super comfy. The mountain views were breathtaking. The convenient, complimentary canal cruise into the V&A Waterfront was a lovely surprise and appreciated. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here.
