"Everything was of an exceptional standard."
From the time we arrived we were made welcome and the assistance of the staff gave us assurance that our stay would be a pleasant one. The upgrade, the invitation to the General Managers farewell celebration and presentation and the facilities were beyond expectation. Our stay great.

"Worth recommending hotel"
Convenient location - walk distance from Wawel Castle, the old town and other attractions of Krakow. A delicious buffet breakfast - everyone will find something for themselves. Very nice hotel staff - very helpful and flexible. It was a really nice stay and will certainly return - in the meantime I would highly recommend this place
