Spent two weeks at hotel. Most of it was smooth. A few things I didn't care for ... Hotel safe was outrageously priced to use. It states its free then states its for fee. Some of the hotel staff were pretty rude and unaccommodating. We asked several times for the WiFi router to be reset as neither of our phones were picking it up but the one gentleman said no because its fine. We explained it was our only means of communication and he just said well it works. We also were forced into having or room cleaned even when do not disturb sign was on door and on our second day my husband was basically told we must be dirty people since we didn't want our room cleaned. (I don't feel the need to have my room cleaned daily esp with Jewelry, money etc. in the room, just personal preference) but apparently that wasn't acceptable to them. Overall room was nice. Little farther to city center then we expected.

Spent 2 days seeing the City of Arts with my son. Just a walk across the bridge from hotel to City of Arts. There is also a shopping mall with many stores and restaurants right next to the hotel which made everything very convenient

You can easily take the subway and travel to the downtown Valencia area (subway round trip is about 4 euros and takes about 10 minutes), and walk to the beach and Oceanographic area. Personally I found our stay absolutely wonderful and the hotel had very good vibes. Would definitely recommend in the Valencia area. Also the pricing is very reasonable.

We were really pleased with our accomodation and the facilities. The location was ideal and we used the efficient public transport to go further afield. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. The self-catering facilities were one of the reasons we chose the apartment as my wife and daughter require gluten free food, but we were really impressed with the wide choice of g.f. food both in the supermarket and offered in the restaurants. Valencia is a lovely city.

This is a basic but reasonable hotel in a convenient location
- location 10mins walk from museum of arts and sciences, no.19 bus stops outside for 10min ride into town or to the beach.
- clean and comfortable rooms
- staff not very helpful, we asked for map and bit of background/recommendations and he just circled the port, main town and hotel. Were vague in directions for the bus, did not know much about hiring bikes (we found a place round the corner called doyoubike that is recommended - it is cheap and Valencia is a great cycling city)
- WiFi only available in parts of main lobby
- pool is very small so not really worth getting excited about
Unknown: did not eat here, so cant comment. there is a nice cafe across the road where we went for breakfast

We appreciated our stay. Nice room. But we don't suggest to use the parking owned by the hotel. They charge a big amount extra per day for parking. It is very narrow. Hard to access,. to circulate and to park, even with a small car.

Valencia's most popular tourist destination is the architecturally striking City of Arts and Sciences, an enormous entertainment and cultural complex. The area boasts 6 main elements, offering attractions such as Europe's largest aquarium, complete with underwater restaurant, a world-renowned science museum, and an IMAX theater. Visitors can soak up the impressive views from the landscaped garden.
