Great newer hotel near Valencia attractions,-walking distance to river park, Palau, metro stop, and even city center. The staff was great, helpful and kind. Room was stylish and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast as 20€ seemed a bit steep...places as close to across the street offered continental breakfasts for around 3€ which is all one really needs.

We were happy with our stay here. The hotel is in good location for what we needed, nice walk to the river park and city centre, also walkable to the beach (probably about 35 minutes but we walked everywhere and not used transport at all).
Good breakfast but could do with a bit more fresh veg considering fresh produce is sold everywhere in Valencia.
I would happily stay here again.

I paid $80 canadian (55€) a night for a room with three beds. It worked out to be cheaper for the three of us to stay here than some run down hostal. The hotel was very modern & nice. It is directly across the street from Valencia's most famous buildings/monuments.

My wife and I needed a hotel in the Ave Francia area for a few nights whilst we were doing some business in the area. A friend who lives nearby recommended the Primus and we were so glad he did. It gives the impression of being a very grand hotel indeed - lots of space and light. The rooms are excellent and well equipped. Parking (essential), was easy to access and cheap. The location is surrounded by shops and restaurants so we did no more than have some snacks/drinks in the hotel so can't comment in the restaurant facilities. We didn't use the spa facilities but they looked good!.
The staff are great, happy to help at any time.
Really enjoyed our stay at Primus and can see no reason to consider a different hotel next time.

Valencia's most popular tourist destination is the architecturally striking City of Arts and Sciences, an enormous entertainment and cultural complex. The area boasts 6 main elements, offering attractions such as Europe's largest aquarium, complete with underwater restaurant, a world-renowned science museum, and an IMAX theater. Visitors can soak up the impressive views from the landscaped garden.
