Excellent hotel near good communications (Victoria Underground Station) for travelling around London. We did not eat in the hotel and so cannot comment on meals. The bedroom was excellent. It was very clean and modern. We had a disabled access room although we are not actually disabled. The alarm in the bathroom proved to be very sensitive on 2 occasions! The reaction on both occasions was very swift and impressive!

Hotel staff were friendly and professional, we were able to check in early and had access to our room immediately we were allocated room 414, at the back of the hotel, comfy bed and everything you need for a weekend break, the carpet in the room is a little tired but that is my only criticism. We would have no hesitation in using the hotel again, and we are looking forward to our next visit

My husband and I needed a central hotel, which was within close distance of the tube station so that we could meet up with our daughter. We found the staff surprisingly helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. As we were going to a matinee performance, I contacted the hotel beforehand, as we needed to at least leave our case, if not use a room to freshen up. When we arrived, the receptionist had given us a room 2 hours before the usual check in time of 2.00 pm, so we were able to relax and enjoy our evening.
