“Great Hotel!”

Nice clean Hotel, Hotel in nice/safe area. Will stay here for next trip for sure. =)

“Great hotel for business travelers and families”

Staff is hospitable, the buffet is very good. My only negative comment is that the restaurant staff needs to pay more attention to the patrons. For instance, we had a family of five adults and two children. The first day we ate breakfast, the server didn't tell us that the children could eat at the buffet for free; otherwise, we would have all eaten from the buffet. It raised the cost of our stay. Sometimes, the attitude of the servers was not very good, sometimes oblivious to large parties. I asked one server to bring me the check, and he pointed me to the exit without a word. I asked him a second time, we still ignored me. When I went to pay, he snickered at me; I did not give him a tip. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and considerate. We stayed for several more days than we planned because of the visas being processed, but overall our stay was a very pleasant one. We especially liked the fact that there's a Casino across the street and a mall with a grocery store!

“Hotel of convienence!”

It was a very nice hotel. Great location! The free shuttle service was very convienent. The only issues we had were the door had issues and the water shut off in the middle of a shower one evening. Everything else ran smoothly.

“Great place to stay”

God place to stay for bussines or leisure. Breakfast Buffete is great. The only compliance I can find is the swimming pool is outdoors, great for summer but cold for winter.

The staff here is wonderful. They provided travel to all US consulate needs and the driver was super friendly. Their staff is what made our stay superb. They have a wifi, pool, gym, airport shuttle and a restaurant. Our room was nice and the cleaning ladies (specially Vero) were awesome at their job and curtious. I would definetly stay here again. There is a mini strip mall across the street for your convenience, it has an grocery store and diffrent restaurants.This hotel has superb employees who deliver customer satisfaction from the driver, housekeeper to the waiter.

“Good Security”

Although this hotel is not as close to the Consulate as others, it has extremely good security. It is completely gated and you have to show hotel ID to get in and out of the parking lot. Additionally, the rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. If I had business in Juarez again, this is definately where I'd stay.

“Ramada Review”

Me and my wife stayed at the Ramada for almost 3 weeks while there fixing papers at the consulate. Pros - *Nice hotel, great landscaping *Clean and comfortable rooms *Good WIFI speeds but it depends on the room *Nice gym *Friendly staff *Nothing ever stolen/missing from our room when it was cleaned or from our car *Free shuttle to and from the consulate/clinic *Free refrigerator and microwave delivered upon request within an hour *Free breakfast Cons *Swimming pool has a dirty surface with bugs and dust and they have underwater bugs that swim which was kind of odd. We went in October though so maybe its maintained better in the summer months. *The cleaning crew is too eager to clean your room. Even with a "do not disturb" sign on your door, they will still knock on your door, ask you when you walk by, and even one time resorted to calling our room. We had only been there for 3-4 days and didn't need supplies or cleaning at the time. One day we left for a few hours with the do not disturb sign on the door, when we came back, our room had been cleaned and the do not disturb sign was taken off the door and left inside the room. *They had a washer/drier but it was broken for our entire stay, on the flip side the cleaning ladies washed our clothes using the commercial washer/driers of their own so we wouldn't have to find a laundromat. *No safe in the rooms unless its the executive suite although its advertised for all rooms. Instead they have a small lock box at the front desk.

“Safe & Secure Feeling”

A room on the ground floor was requested. This request was honored and when the location of the room wasn't that convenient for unpacking/packing the car, the staff granted a better room location. There is a gentleman named Felix who is very courteous and helpful in seeing a problem resolved should there be one. For instance, the phone didn't work--he got a repairman right away. The TV wasn't working--Felix saw to it that the problem was resolved quickly. In spite of a few minor problems such as noted, Felix and the other staff see that you feel well taken care of and that in turn enables one to feel safe and secure.
