Great hotel, very friendly people. Nice clean and roomy room.

“Great retreat in Cd. Juarez!”

It is centrally located and easy to access once crossing hte border from EL Paso into Cd. Juarez,Mexico. It is conveniently located near hospitals, pharmacies, and a pletora of restaurants. The customer service was impecable, but restaurant is a bit pricey,especially considering the choices right outside the hotel. The underground and secure parking for only $1 a night certainly offers a piece of mind.

I was surprised with the excellent customer service. They are very friendly but at the same time professional. The room was very clean and spacious and the indoor pool is not big but I like it. For what I paid I can tell you this hotel is definitely more than what I was expecting and it is located 5 min from the Americas Intl brigde.

“Mattress”

Everything was ok, but mattress was uncomfortable. I think they need to buy mattress. They were kind, food was good and cheap, it was clean, everyghing was good.

had a verygood experience, they take u to and from the consulate or to get ur medical ex, at no extra charge. The hotel is very clean, people are great. We got here way earlier than checkin time and it was fine. I would comeback to this hotel if I needit to come back to Juarez.Also free parking underground(VERY SAFE)

Nice, clean and centric hotel, close to the bridge of the Americas. Comfortable bed, clean shower & tub, old TVs in room (picture is poor). Indoor Swiming pool but cold in winter time, could not use it (big disappointment). Nice restaurant, good for quick dinner or breakfast. Underground garage. Some good restaurants nearby the hotel. A good place to stay for the price.

“Ciudad Juarez”

Considering the city that I was in the hotel was very comfortable. The flights that we got from expedia were great as well. We had no problems at the airport or the hotels during check in which was great.

Service was great and overall satisfaction was good, its the 4th time i book at that hotel through expedia and every time except last has been excellent. This last time one of the rooms i booked the AC was not working, the room felt very stuffy, but other than that, everything else exceeded my expectations as always.
