“very convinient and close to the consulate”

Rooms were in good shape and hotel very convinient to the consulate. whish it was cheaper. we stayed 5 night but could not efford 5 more night we had to be in Juarez, so we moved to another hotel.

“Nice but expensive”

It's location is very good but the buffet its average, the only thing I did not like is that you can order food from local restaurants and the deliver man will deliver it straight to your room without going throught the front desk, and according to people around this has been the reason of some robbery in the area.

“Expensive but Nice and SAFE”

Well like all other guests in this hotel my stay here was for immigration purposes, this was the second time staying there within 3 months, I think that this hotel was one of the best in the area It is in fact very expensive, especially if you only book for a certain amount oftime and then you have to book for more time. Although the situation in Juarez is critical at this time I felt very safe at this hotelk there is 24 hr security and the staff was both very polite and helpful, willing to fullfill anything requested. It is within walking distance to the consulate which is very good, you dont need a taxi. For distraction there is a mall right across the street that has a casino, a play area with bowling and pool tables, there is also a very nice movie theater so that the time will go by faster.

“"Good but not excellent"”

Overall the hotel stay was good. Good complementary breakfast. Location is excellent. Its very close to the American Consulate and the medical exam clinics. There is a large mall across the street with good restaurants, a movie theater and nice stores. Only issues at the hotel were that after waiting for some time my luggage which was promised to be delivered immediately, did not come and after an hour I had to come down for it to reception and the girl at the desk didn't even apologize. The other thing is that they offer transportation to the airport but it is never available when you need it, so you have to pay for a taxi.

The room was very comfortable and clean and spacious.The breakfast buffet was satisfying. Two different kind of eggs, and two other hot dishes, plus cereal, fruit, bread, juice and coffee. All personnel very very kind. And its location is perfect: just across the mall and 2 blocks away from the Consulate. Many restaurants close by. This hotel is as today the best option if going to the Consulate although there are other hotels that are a little bit closer but with no hot breakfast buffet available. The business area has enough computers to service guests. For those waiting for relatives going to the Consulate there is a nice pool. Employees provide a warm informative and very understanding atmosphere for everybody attending their Consulate interviews and/or waiting for their papers to be delivered by the shipping company.
