“Solid hotel”

Excellent hotel, well maintained and perfectly clean. The swimming pool is amazing, and there is a Sanborns store right next door that connects directly to the hotel. The room was clean, the shower worked great, the elevators quick, and the air conditioning nice and cold. The TVs aren't LCD/Flat Panels, but they still get a good mix of English and Spanish channels. The restaurant inside the hotel is okay, I was hoping for something a little better, but nothing to complain about. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have no idea how they are able to charge so little for such a nice hotel. It's a great place, and I recommend it to everyone. The *only* problem is that the map on this page is incorrect. You've got to be really careful in this town, so Expedia you really need to update this.

“Nice & Affordable”

The only bad comment that I have with this hotel was that it said in its description & location that it was very close to the US Consulate and it is not. My wife and I went for strictly business and we were expecting to not have to pay for cabs to go to this location. They need to update their website to list that they are 20 min away from the US consulate.

Service is perfect, i really recomment this place. if your going to Cuidad Juarez, for INS. Appt. it close to there office abot 10 min.

it's a clean hotel staff wass nice had a good exp.but if you are traveling to c.j. to go to the consulate it's not the closest one but very nice place to stay and in a taxi it's mnt. away

Hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly. They had everything that we needed. I would stay there again if I had business in the area.
