“La Quinta US Consulate”

My wife and I where there for 4 nights for her Immigrant Visa appt. The staff was very knowledgeable of the locations of all facilities. They had a breakfast buffet every morning, and a shuttle that would take you just about anywhere you wanted or needed. It was very close to everything, but also it was by itself enough as to not be bothered by the hustle and bustle of the city- Very Happy Customer

Me & my wife went to juarez for a visa appt.They drive you to the cunsulate & pick you up. Service is excellente We have another appt. in Jan 2012 we are booking again in la quinta I highly recommend to stay in la quinta

“Very good hotel to do Consulate matters.”

The hotel in summary was very good to deal with all the Consulate matters. The location to the Consulate is close enough but you won't be worry about this becuase they have a van to take you everywhere. The morning driver Angel is one of the best employees of the hotel. Very helpful and always with a very good actitude.The location is great, the transportation even more, the rooms very good size, good bathroom, micro , minibar, very good A/C!, the ladies that clean the rooms very helpful too, in general all the staff of the hotel since the Manager to the lady of cleaning. I had only one bad impression of 2 reception guys staff. I needed to go to the dhl and to the bridge and go back and they told the taxi cost was the double of the actual cost. So my feeling was that the reception guys tried to do busines with me and It wasn't correct. Many people tried to do business with you in several ways so be carefull and ask twice to avoid be scamed. The gym was good but needs a new bicycle and another treadmill. The pool is small but good enough. The breakfast is very good, is a small buffet, eggs, refried beans, wafles, fruit, juices, cereal, bread, mexican pastries, some days they offer chilaquiles, quesadillas and other dishes, some times you need to wait becuase the hotel is always at full and food flies. The hotel is small and sometimes is a little noisy . Security was good, they have fences and security guards. In summary was a very good hotel to go to the consulate.

I was pleased and very happy with my recent stay at La Quinta... Will def be staying there again.

The room was very clean . The jacuzzi was broken . The key card did not always work, having to go back to the front desk from the third floor was not much fun. Walking or driving the gate operator always had the gate ready for us. Good breakfast .

“Not as close to the Consulate as I thought”

Excellent staff. Jessica at the front desk could use more personality but she was overshadowed by Angel, the shuttle driver who was friendly, helpful and outgoing. The rooms were comfortable and the cleaning people were great and responded to every request in a positive manner. The Hotel was a little far from the consulate and I would recommend the CIty Junior and Microtel if you want to be close to the Liverpool mall and the consulate. Probably not as nice as the La Quinta but more convenient. I recommend the restaurants across the street from the La Quinta including the little Mariscos place.

I went to ciudad juarez to my immigration interview at the consulate. Hotel is in good shape and rooms are clean. Breakefast and free shutle services are a plus. What i think they can do better is to organize some kind of activities for kids, since Juarez is a not tourist friendly city you want to stay at the hotel all day long and after a couple of days pool is not enough. All roms has microwave and a little fridge. There is also a SMART store within 2 blocks from the hotel. American consulate is about 5 min car distance. Overall everything is ok.

“Great Security, Great Location, Great Staff”

I stayed at La Quinta Inn recently. I was in Ciudad Juarez for my husband's appointment at the US Consule. It was my first time ever leaving the US. I have to say the condition in Ciudad Juarez is terrible but I felt safe and secure at La Quinta Inn. They have security gates, security gaurds and a shuttle. The rooms where extremely clean, and the staff was very nice and informative. Their breakfast was great, consisting of homemade waffles, cereals, fruits, eggs, some hispanic dishes, toast, juice, ect.. The only thing I would have liked was to have an actual cafeteria or restuarant in the hotel, but there was different places to eat just a two to five minute walk or even the grocery store. Our room was nice sized and the air conditioning worked great. I don't plan on going to Ciudad Juarez again, but I did just book my husband there for another 4 night stay. I will look forward to checking out the La Quinta Inns in other areas when I am traveling also. I would like to thank the La Quinta Inn, Ciudad Juarez for a great and statisfying stay.
