Hotel Ramada Ciudad Juarez is a good Hotel to stay, all the persons who work in the hotel are very honest, they are good persons, and the room is clean every day. I recomended this hotel to every body, I give tho the Hotel five stars.

Its the best hotel i have staid at i current traveler due to my job and the staff was very professional and very helpfull the breakfest buffet was really excellent great tasting food. grocery store very close and open 24hr just incase you need any thing special ;0 i highly recommend this hotel to everyone. GET THE SUIT ITS WORTH IT!! BY the record ive been to alot of hotels because of how much i travel which im in the navy that can explain why i travel so much.

“Great Hotel... A Must Stay...”

I recommend this hotel to anyone. Very nice helpful people work there. This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel, due to we had business at the US Consulate. This hotel provides a shuttle to the Consulate every hour on the hour starting at 6am. We even asked the shuttle driver a couple of times to drop us off at local retailers enroute back from the Consulate and he was happy to do that for us. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and roomy.... My only complaint if you could call it that is they don't provide a small refridgerator or microwave in your room. Very satisfied with our stay all 3 times.

It was located in older part of town, but close to mall and restuarants. Nice resaurant inside hotel. Very friendly service.

the hotel was very clean and i enjoyed my stay there. the staff was very helpful and my room was always clean when i came back to the hotel. room service was good and the food from the restaurant was delisious.

“Great place for people on a budget”

The hotel staff are very curteous and friendly and very professional staff. I had made my reservations 2 weeks in advance and they could not find them in there system, thank God I had printed my itinerary to show my reservation. We used the hotel shuttle for the medical appointment/us consulate/airport (home only). The hotel is close to the OLD us consulate, but the shuttle is provided every hour on the hour. We were accomodated with a small fridge for our room with no extra charge : ) Unfortunately the surroundings in the area of the hotel seemed like a "ghost town" lots of closed down businesses attributed to that theme. Our room was cleaned daily and our belongings always respected. Hot water for the shower at anytime was nice. We did notice that some clients recieved a breakfast voucher upon arrival, we did not. I am not sure if this is something that was to be offered or requested by us. Having the Wi Fi was awesome so that we could communicate with our loved ones while visiting the country. Overall, it was a safe and comforting hotel and staff. I would still recommend it to others, it is a great place for your budget.

NY HUSBAND MY CHILD AND I STAYED AT THE RAMADA FOR A WEEK. WE WERE REALLY CONFERTABLE AND IT WAS VERY SAFE. THEIR IS A LOT OF MOVEMENT AT NIGHT BECAUSE THEY HAVE WEDDINGS AND STUFF LIKE THAT BUT BESIDES THAT IT'S GREAT. THE LADIES THAT CLEAN YOUR ROOM THEY ARE VERY RESPECFULL AND KEEP TO THEM SELF. I HAD LEFT PERSONAL PROPERTY BEHIND IN ACCIDENT AND IT WAS THERE WHEN WE CAME BACK. WE LOVED IT. EVEN THOUGH ITS LIKE 10 TO 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE AMERICAN EMBASSY THEY TAKE YOU BACK AND FORTH. MY BABYU IS 7 MONTHS AND THE ONLY THING THTA I WAS KINDA UPSET WAS THAT I REQUESTED A REFRIGERATOR FOR MY BABY'S FOOD I NEVER GOT THE REFRIGERATOR BUT BESIDE THAT ITS I SAFE AND FRIEDLY HOTEL. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE GREAT.
