“Clean and comfortable”

The room wasn't fancy but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. The staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. For the price, this hotel can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again.

“Started poorly, ended well”

The desk staff was very polite and welcoming, and the night manager promptly intervened when our neighbors decided to drink and fight throughout our first night. We were disappointed not to see law enforcement after being told they had been called. After being assured that we would not suffer a second sleepless night, we decided to stay since it was closer to our ultimate destination than other hotels. We did receive several sincere apologies for the disturbance the first night, and we were asked to please return in the future. The room was clean and comfortable, except for some mildew on the shower curtain and cheap, lumpy pillows. The fridge, microwave, hairdryer and TV worked, although it took a bit of tweeking to get the TV to cooperate. Overall, not a bad stay for the money. Be advised, there is a bar in close proximity and idiots are likely to be nearby! Chilton county peaches can make up for that!

“If you don't want air conditioning this place is for you”

We arrived at 10 pm that night passing through on our way to Florida. The location was perfect right off the interstate. Check in was ok and we were told at the time she only had 2 rooms left. One was on the second floor and the other was bottom floor. We chose the bottom floor as we did not want to carry all our luggage up the stairs for a few hours of sleep. When we opened the door the room was absolutely stifling. We immediately turned the air on high and tried to get cool enough to sleep. At 3 am it was still over 87 degrees in the room. I called the front desk to try and change rooms and was told there were no other rooms available. Needless to say, we checked out at about 5 am with little to no sleep and continued our trip. Will never stay here again.

“Ok for what I needed”

I just needed a low cost place for the night to break up a long drive and this sufficed. I got in at 8pm at night and left the next morning. The staff was friendly and the location close the highway was ideal.

“Disappointment”

Our room smelled like a stinky shoe, The bed and bathroom were clean thankfully. There was no attendent in the breakfast room at any time when we were there and the food service counter and some of the tables were dirty. We saw the attendent and front desk employee and another staff member sitting in the lounge area chatting in the lobby. the room was inexpensive and so I guess you get what you pay for.

“Not impressed”

we requested handicap room, king size bed or queen, no smoking, booked two rooms asked if possible to be near one another, and a pool. We did not get a handicapped room, put us in a smoking room (which they had to move us). Was given two double beds. It took close to 45 mins to get checked in, they had our reservation but the desk clerk seemed to be pretty confused. As far as the pool absolutely filthy! Black gunk all over the bottom of the pool....no way anyone could even think about getting in!

“Roach motel”

Will not stay there for free!!!
