“Bit noisy”

Fairly basic hotel but nothing less than I had expected. Nightclub is very noisy and can disturb sleep but I knew that before I booked in. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“DO NOT STAY HERE....GROSS HOTEL!!”

Aside from the decent location (close to Shannon) there is absolutely no reason to subject yourself to this. There are plenty of other places to stay. The room was dirty, broken furniture in the room, uncomfortable beds…which had no top sheet only a comforter…GROSS, the hotel had a damp smell and the staff was rude. We had no heat in the room and when we asked for it to be fixed or to at least provide extra blankets we were ignored. The street noise is very, very loud. I can put up with a few imperfections but this place is a DUMP. STAY AWAY.

“Worst logding ever!”

Our room was disgusting and the shower was horrible. The noise from the street during nighttime bar hours and for a few hours after they close (2-4am) was so loud that none of us could possibly sleep. This was the worst lodging experience I've ever experienced.

“Get No Sleep Hotel...Not impressed”

The hotel is situated in a very central location, but is also very close to the pubs that play music until at least 3:00 am; the music was so loud we couldn't sleep until at least 3:00 am. Also the hotel was not clean...there were hairs all over the bathroom floor as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week or so.

“Disgusting”

Room was very unclean. The bed smelled horrible and had a moldy mattress pad on it. The bathroom was gross too. We had no hot water 2 out of the 4 days we stayed there. Our room key had to be reset everyday we were there. It was awful. Staff were nice but it dosen't make up for the room condition. I would not have stayed there if i hadn't already paid through expedia. the hotel couldn't refund my money so i was stuck. I can't believe this is a 3 star hotel on expedia. it shouldn't even be on this site. we were very dissapointed with the room.
