Terrible. The room was so horrible left immediately and drove 6 more hours to make it home (19 hour drive altogether) instead of splitting up our trip.

The toilet wasnt even attached to the floor in the bathroom. Cheap hotel... only was there to sleep thank goodness

Pathetic Experience

Cons: First keep a Front desk and respond to calls and customers who come for atleast during day time.
First there is not Front desk in this hotel. The Manager does not understand English and cannot speak fluent english. So he keeps away from Front desk as much as he can. The brochure says that, they provide Breakfast in the morning. But the Front Desk and the Breakfast was not open the whole day I stayed there. You go to the front desk and ring the bell no body responds. You call the front desk no body responds. There is no Room cleaning here. Only the Towels in the Bathroom was changed during my stay. Better stay away from this hotel, as there are other good hotels in the same area for similar or slightly higher price.

Very bad place and it stiks

Location: It's little away from the Falls.
I am very disappointed that Expedia has choosed to List this Hotel. Both Beds had a very bad smell and lot of marks on sheets, Bathroom is pathetic. One of the window didn't close and it was very clod in the night. They didn't had a extra bed even after specifying that we are 5 adults during reservation. I will never ever stay in Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

Beds was very hard and uncomfortable. When checking in they couldn't find my reservation. Parking lot too small. Great pricing but will not go back.

Disappointing with the service

Pros: cheap
The very first day hot water was not there in my room ... so they give me keys for another room just to user shower. I had lots of baggage and one of them my iron was stolen from the room. I have reported this to office staff but they said we don't know. I am dam sure about Iron as i was usually press my shirt in the morning for office.' And it was expensive.

was suppose to be sleep park and fly. parked at airport as taxi was only way to get to airport. Didn't feel safe to leave vehicle there. People lived at the hotel. Very sketchy

Good price, but not a good value...

Found this Hotel last minute and it was close to where we needed to be the next morning. Checked in late and had to pay first before we could get a key. When we got in the room it was freezing...almost. The heater in the room was turned OFF and the outside temp was 26 which resulted in our room temp of 46. Needless to say, it took a couple hrs before it finally warmed up. The room itself didn't look too bad but the bathroom was a little dirty and all fixtures are very dated. Not a terrible room for the money but we won't be staying there again.
