I have stayed in motels in third world countries that were cleaner, and more updated! Would not recommend.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised
When I booked this motel, I was looking for a cheap place to stay while I was in the area for a wedding. I was not expecting much, possibly not even a very clean room. The building itself looks a little rundown from the street view, but my room was cozy and clean. It didn't have a musty smell as I had expected. The bathroom was clean. The shower head was placed low, but the water pressure was great and the water was hot. I would recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for an affordable, acceptable place to stay.

This seemed more like a rent by the hour motel.
The door locks were not secure. A chain and a regular door lock. Furniture looks like it was picked up from someone's garbage day leftovers. Sheets looked yellow. In room refrigerator was frozen over.

Absolute dump. Was afraid to let my wife and kids stay there. Heat was not even on. It was morning before it was warmed up.

The nastiest place I hae ever stayed. Horrible
This place was so run down and dirty. The doors wouldn't lock, the walls were all cracked there were bugs and a cat kept running in the door and under the bed. The place smelled and was just nasty. We considered just sleeping in the truck.

Run down motel under new management.
This is a family owned/managed facility and they are very pleasant people but they have a lot of work to do in order to elevate the property to an acceptable accommodation. Unless you are a migrant farm worker needing to save money, I can not recommend this motel.

Bare bones motel
This motel is bare bones with no frills or extras. Old style TV, no pool, no breakfast. ugly looking building and parking lot. Doors need to be painted. Only booked it because all other hotels in area were sold out.
