Pros: Service by the staff was fast and concise.
Our original room was very nice but the frig didnt work and was leaking water. The staff upgraded us to a suite, provided the baggage dolly and checked after our move to insure we were comfortable. Country Inn & Suites will be one of my first choices in future travels.

Needs updated

I have stayed in the Carlton inn and suites several times before. This hotel needs to be updated. The room was clean but everything was outdated

Good stay

Stayed one night. Efficient check-in/out. Room was attractive and everything worked well. Breakfast was very good and staff kept items well-supplied.

We have stayed here before and had a nice experience. This time was a little disappointed. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear it going up and down, we turned on the fan in our heating/ cooling unit and that seemed to help our other complaint was the bathroom door didn't fit right and every time we went to close it, it made a loud pop noise which was very annoying.

One of the best hotels!

I stayed at The Country Inn & Suites for two days,I don't have anything negative to say about them.They had fresh coffee and cookies made 24 hours of the day.The rooms were very clean.And they staff was very happy and upbeat.I will be staying there again!!!

Baseball travels

We were traveling to watch my son's college baseball team. The front desk personnel were fabulous. The hotel is being renovated and we had a new room up on the 4th floor away from any construction. The rooms were great, our only problem was that our room had a door to access the adjoining room and it had zero sound proofing. The family next door had very young children and we heard every word they said and yelled. We had a 12 hour drive ahead of us and we're awakened earlier than expected by the noise next door. :-(

The main problem was they were remodeling and the pool was closed and hallways were a mess. Would've been nice to know before we booked in.
