Clerk harassed me about 3 people staying in my room when it was only two of us occupying the room. Then hotel staff hounded us about parking when we were loading. I'm a disabled Veteran on a crutch. We needed him to be closer.

No parking spots. Unsafe (people was smoking weed The brakefast was supposed to end at 9, but they took away the eggs at 8:20. The bathroom in the room was not fully clean. The sink in the bathroom was broken. The personal was in general kind. We arrived pasted mid night and the lady was super nice to us.

There was no coffee pot and no ice bucket in the room. We had to request an ice bucket twice before we got on. There also was a big space open where I believe the couch was supposed to be.

Awful and disappointing
The room smelled awful. There was ashes all over the beds. There was burn holes in blankets. One of the beds, the mattress was broken down and had a huge hole in it. Me and my son stayed in room 218…..it was not pleasant at all. I am aware and wasn’t expecting it to be the four seasons but it was definitely below a good standard of room and a huge rip off. There are other comparable hotels for the price in the same area that are much better.

Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. Asked front desk for extra blanket and he told me to go find house keeping. Also had issue with the tv he responded with you must of hit a wrong button then sat back down and played on his phone. The next day i went to the front and a nice lady was there and she got me a blanket. This hotel is extra loud. I dont if its a worker but they have a car with loud base, this happened around the same time all 6 nights that i was there. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was good besides the black mold
