This my fourth stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Clarksville, Tennessee. Won’t stay anywhere else. Great hotel!

Staff was super friendly . Room had no phone so we couldn’t call down to the front desk to let them know there was no iron and that the cover for the bathroom ceiling light was sitting on the refrigerator area . I assume they were going to change the bulb and forgot to put it back on. Room was very sub par . It just wasn’t for me .

This was by far the most unclean, broken hotel I have been in in a very long time. My room was not cleaned; dirty floors, fecal stains in the bathroom, a broken mirror, a broken HVAC system, mold in several places, cracks in the ceiling, lights that would arc when you turned them on. The ceilings have leaks and stains, the carpet in the hallways wreaked of mildew. When I asked for a different room because of its poor condition, I was told that it was not possible even though the parking lot was half empty all week. The rest of the people who attended the conference in the hotel that week also remarked how it was one of the worst they had stayed in. There were crosses in front egress and people trying to see if vehicles were unlocked. Quite frankly, all in all, the worst travel experience of my life and I am of the opinion that it should be closed. Should anyone wish to contest this;I have taken photo and video evidence of the poor conditions, as well as written correspondence with several people showing all of this to be true.

Booked 2 beds, told I get one, that's all they have. Get to my room someone else is staying there and I walked in on him. Then they give me a room with 2 beds, wonder where that came from all of a sudden? In the morning realized no shower curtain, I'm trying to call the front desk, no cord going to the phone.

The floor i was on there was a broken pipe in the space between floors in the always that was leaking and running down and as soon as you walked out of the elevators all you did was smell mold

I rented a hot tub room and the hot tub had no hot water. I informed the desk manager and he said that he would call me maintenance but they never showed up. I asked if they could discount my room and they said that they would but I have to go through Expedia since I booked through you. The staff was very nice and willing to help discount my room. However, they said that you have to initiate that on your end because of a third party booking.

Disappointing
The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very good. Ordered sandwiches upon check in and and they truly hit the spot. Unfortunately, our room was not as expected from a Hilton facility. The entire place requires extra attention from cleaning to paint, and the elevator was not working when we arrived. In addition, the business center was not available due to repairs.

Room’s outdated. Smelled like mildew. My eyes were swollen shut. Only stayed in the room to sleep. Bed hard as a rock. Woke up every morning with a back ache. Shower had no pressure and dripped all the time. I had a jacuzzi in the room and it was completely gross. Tried to clean myself but all I got was scum flakes shooting out of the jet. Reminded me of pealed skin from a sun burn. Now the guy at the front desk was only thing I would say something good. I would not recommend the Hilton in Clarksville TN.

The TV was outdated with limited channels. Ice machine and ATM were out of service. Asked to have room cleaned daily only did once. Room furniture was worn and carpet felt damp.

Property did not have any water from 9pm to midnight one day. The front staff could not advise when we would be able to get it and said there was nothing they could do. No water pressure to take a shower, use the toilet, brush your teeth, nothing and no idea when it would be turned back on. It didn’t appear that the front desk cared.

Looked good to begin with until you get to your room Ac. Did not work the room would not cool past 73 The shower door fell as we was shutting it the track of the shower door looked moldy Only had a 1/2rolll of tp even tho the room was just cleaned No tv remote had to call for that Over all for was expecting a better stay for the money and have had better experience for cheaper
