Everything was fine except for the whole check in ordeal. It was a huge pain.

Home-Towne Suites, Clarksville, TN -- Good things: the price was right and it had a kitchenette. Main disappointments: Our room was on second floor and there was no elevator - we had large luggage. The second floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Eventhough ours was a "no smoking" room it was still smelly. Carpet is in need of replacement. No mainenance people on weekends. Two people were staying additional days and had made a separate reservation. Request was made to be moved to first floor two days in advance, (due to unsatisfactory smoke smell), but request was not fulfilled.
