Great!Posted Jul 31, 2013
Excellent, very helpful staff. Rooms in newer of the two buildings were of high quality.
Location is great for viewing lakePosted Jul 17, 2013
Cons: More pleasant clerk who wanted some interest in meeting our needs. Sk She kept saying it was not on the computer. Our papers listed the request.
Location: Lake is easily available for boat fishing.
Our request for 2 rooms close together was not done. I had to almost hassle with the clerk to get her to honor this need. Hotel has no elevator not good for special needs.

Not a Hotel for Older Persons ( 55 years & above)Posted Aug 6, 2012
There was no assistance or help for older person getting to the upper floors. In reference to my stay, I changed my room to a suite on the 1st floor. There is no Elevator System in the Hotel.

Just ok...Posted Aug 2, 2011
Motel offered a clean room and a beautiful view from the lakefront room we had. A bad storm came up and I was a bit surprised to find there was no emergency generator...so we ended up several hours without A/C. The next morning we were surprised yet again to find no newpaper box at a motel in a cute little town aiming to please "tourists". Instead I was told "you can get a paper at the post office" ....as if a tourist......STAYING AT A MOTEL would know where the local post office was located! duh
