“Very run down and damp”

We checked in just for an overnight. I was expecting a nicer hotel because of the Ramada brand, but this was a very old hotel, perhaps recently converted to Ramada. Our room was extremely "damp" feeling. Everything was clean looking, but there was a heavy perfume smell in the room that was nauseating. The bathroom door had to be slammed in order to close, probably due to settling of the building. The breakfast is just cereal, coffee/tea, orange juice, donut holes and bread. Definitely the minimum. This hotel is located next to many others. We will not plan to stay here again.

“Worth paying more for a more comfortable stay”

When I walked into the room, it was humid and had that humidity odor. Like when you forget to take the clothes out of the washer, but before the stink gets bad. The shower tub had hair in it. Things looked old. It serves the purpose if you are looking for a cheap room to stay in, but not if you plan to do any relaxing. It was close to everything and the front office staff was nice and friendly.

The place was clean. Very worn and old. The staff was nice. The one and only ice machine was broken but did obtain some from the office.

“Stay Away”

Several items in room do not work (hair dryer and one light). The carpet was very dirty and the bathroom door was hard to close due to it hitting the toilet.

They left the door open after they cleaned it, I had fly's in the room the whole time I was there. I left a do not disturb sign on the door...the first day the maid stood out side my door talking up a storm with another maid, the second day the front desk called me at 9 am to see if I wanted my room cleaned. I was working late at night and needed to sleep in.

“Dirty Outdated Run down Clarksville”

good location, easy to find. Staff was friendly. Rooms were dirty, and teamed of smoke, although they were non-smoking rooms. Our clothes even smelled like smoke the next day. The overall maintenance of the hotel was very poor. We had to ram the door open, just to get in. Not worth the good deal we got, will never recommend this place.

“Never again!”

There service was horrible. The rooms were disgusting and smelled awful. The beds were rock hard. Our room had only one towel and no bathmat so after calling the front desk, we had to go down and get the only ones they had left. They were rude and when i was checking in, said our room number out loud three different times even though there were three men standing behind me. Never again will I go to this hotel or even another in it's chain.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

“No more Ramada for me”

This place was creep, dirty and in disrepair. Beds were lumpy--didn't sleep at all. I was embarrassed to stay here. Have stayed in many Ramada Limiteds and was always a positive experience. Unforunately, one bad one means I will never take a chance and go back to a Ramada facility again.

“I'm surprised there were no bed bugs!”

Was so grossed out I left a day early! Would have went to another hotel if I'd had time.
