This was a business trip, nothing needed except a comfortable room, and Hampton dlivered.
Staff was exceptional, very knowlegable of the area and looked for ways to help.
Not a resort but if you need a nice quiet place to stay, conveniently located, clean and well maintained this Hampton earns 5 stars.

The hotel is pretty convenient. It was about 10 minutes from the mall and just outside of downtown Louisville. It was clearly an older hotel, but the interior seemed to be kept very nice. My room was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator which was a tad inconvenient, but I only stayed for one night so it wasn't a huge deal. The heater was an older unit so I couldn't really keep the room at a comfortable temperature. I kept having to turn it up then it'd get too hot so I'd turn it back down and so on. My only other complaint was that housekeeping knocked on my door at like 7:30 in the morning. I wasn't really sure why because check out wasn't until noon. I opened it and they said they'd come back later. Overall, I had a nice stay and I'd definitely stay again if in the area.
