This hotel is very convenient when traveling to or from Colorado. The staff is courteous and helpful, the property does not back up to the railroad tracks like every other hotel in Clayton. The free breakfast is acceptable and they have a waffle machine!! Will stay there again!

Pros: rooms were clean and welcoming, breakfast was great- family liked making their own waffles.
Cons: every thing was great...maybe fix ice machine
Location: Clayton, New Mexico Visit Clayton Lake, The Rabbit Ears diner, The Museum plus much more!
We were in Clayton for a family reunion, 100 year celebration of Sacred Heart Mission in Moses New Mexico. The staff (Jennifer) was very friendly, made us feel welcome. Even though our stay was short(overnight) we were very pleased with our accommodations and will recommend it to family and friends.

Arrived early

Pros: Its proximity to our road of travel. The friendliness of the staff.
The manager went out of her way to secure a room for us. Stopped what she was doing and had her house maids focus on a room for us so we could check in early.

We needed a place to rest as we were quickly passing through the area. Super 8 Clayton was definitely sufficient.

Pros: CLEAN AND QUIET.
Cons: INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB. MEAT AND EGGS TO GO WITH BREAKFAST.
Location: ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF SMALL TOWN. CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND THEATER.
JENNIFER WAS AWESOME - FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE ENDED UP STAYING HERE COMING AND GOING BACK. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND I WILL ALWAYS STAY THERE ON MY TRAVELS. IT WAS ALSO NICE HAVING A GOOD BREAKFAST READY.
