Last minute out of town

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Everything, from the antiques to the replicas, the cleanliness, the service. I could go on and on.
Cons: Loved it,
Location: Eat, shop, see a play
Decided at the last minute to get out of town. Didn't want to go too far but wanted to get out of the metroplex. Saw a beautiful hotel in Cleburne, Tx. It was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very courteous and helpful, but the hotel itself was first class. From the towels to the shower to the comfort of the bed and the very nice amenities; couldn't have asked for any more. Great playhouse a block away, nice antique stores, good restaurants. No need to leave downtown.

Always a favorite of ours. Always consistent in quality. We will be back and we continue to recommend The Liberty to our friends!!! Several have stayed there now and also love this hotel!

Excellent and priced better than anywhere in town. Old classic feel and look but modern pleasures.

Quaint hotel with all the modern conveniences. Ninety year old building that was recently updated. Quality throughout. Excellent service.

Wonderful stay

Lovely little hotel off the main square in town. Part of the charm of this town is it's railroad heritage-- so if you're bothered by train whistles, make sure you use ear plugs. I would never want to stay in a big generic chain hotel after staying here.

Delightful!

It was an unexpected treat to find such a lovely, unique hotel in a small city. The amenities were standard for most large hotels, which was great. The room was huge and very comfortable. I'm looking for excuses to go back.

Great hotel, bad breakfast

Posted Feb 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Wonderful and very beautiful hotel. Nicer than any chain would ever be....but the breakfast bar was pitiful. Everything I had was stale and tasted very very wrong. Not a big deal to ppl who don't eat breakfast....hotel is worth it otherwise.

Stayed in corner room that had 2 queens. Very spacious room and well appointed. Bathroom had walk-in shower. Everything was in good order and good condition. Great to see an older hotel in small town America in such great condition. This is a real asset to the community. Will stay hear again.
