15 minute drive from NTC training center.

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice pool and patio furniture.
Cons: Updated tv's and bed linens.
Location: Close to NTC training center.
My daughter was playing softball at the NTC training center in Clermont and this hotel was a 15 minute drive to the facility. All hotels that were closer were $150-200 a night. The common areas, pool, lounge, and breakfast area, were very nice and clean. My room at first glance was disappointing because it is outdated with patterned bedspreads and big box tv. However, the mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. The maid staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was basic, but everything was kept in supply. This was a great place for the price.

Hotel appears to be in various stages of renovation. Room's and ammenities are quite outdated . Pricing was excellent but is in a need of a serious make over

Big window that looked out to a concrete wall, COLD Shower, Grumpy front desk, Fan that ran continuously in ceiling super annoying! Told them I may not stay the next night but they didn't tell me there was a cut off time of 12:00pm and the just told me to call Expedia. So they didn't refund me for the night I didn't stay. Place was a joke!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything
Location: Not rented for location near any tourist attraction.
The facility was of the quality you would expect of a $30/night motel. Everything was very cheap looking: very old television set, uncomfortable mattress, tiny bathroom, barely clean floors (dried up cockroaches seen) and worse of all, our room was a non-smoking room which had a strange, smoke-like odor.

Smelt musky. Loud music from hotel banquet room

Posted Dec 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room smelt damp and musky. Very clean appearance in the room but the musky smell made it feel dirty. Then about 9pm music was thumping through the building because the hotel had rented out their banquet room for a SweetSixteen party until 12pm. Needless to say, we could not go to sleep until after midnight

Loud band until after mid-night.

Posted Dec 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Rooms are barely adequate. The clerk explained that there had been an "event" that night. The very loud music vibrated the walls and went on until after midnight. Not every guest at the motel was involved in the "event" and should not have been subjected to its noise.
