Cons: they ran out of eggs and sausages befor breakfast ended

Pros: THE VIEW AND THEY CLEANED MY ROOM EVERY MORNING

I LOVE THIS HOTEL......I WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....I WILL MOST DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN.....DONT HESITATE TO STAY HERE ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY.....THANK YOU SO MUCH HOLIDAY INN I HAD A GREAT 7 DAY STAY. I WILL BE COMING BACK

ask for no smoke room did not get one ask for 2 full beds got one queen and one sofa sleeper room smelt like smoke was tired so went to bed next time will complain right away

Convenient Location for Softball!

Pros: Very quiet at night. Did not hear other patrons.
Cons: Lack of hot water
Location: half hour north of disney world. Located near three softball complexes. Perfect for College and HS spring training access.
The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel was convenient to the local I was visiting. This is not a luxury hotel. It is clean and functional. Two evenings I did not have hot water for my shower. This did cause me some distress.

The hotel and the staff were very good, but the room was a smoker room, and it smell like it. I requested a not smoking but I was told that none were available.

Adequate, standard fair, but not a super hotel. Noisey a/c unit...not the softest, sheets.....noises on floor above during the night. Would not stay here again.
