Nice hotel.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. My only complain was that the cleaning staff did a terrible job at cleaning my room. I complain twice but the situation wasn't rectify. I would definetly stay there again hopefully the cleaning do a better job. Other than that everything thing else was good.

First room we got had a pre- filled tub and dripping faucet. Next room was fine. Breakfast could be a lot better - then again there was a Starbucks right down Hwy 50.

Very cental and nice hotel for what we planned to

Pros: The breakfast was great...
Cons: The phone in the room did not work all the time...
Location: Bank, Gas station, shopping very near by...
Enjoyable, the roads are LONG in that city, going places of interest.

Great Hotel! Clean, Comfy, Friendly!

Pros: It was a very clean, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere.
Location: A few restaurants
The hotel staff was very friendly from the moment of arrival, until the end. The hotel is very clean and my room was comfortable. Everything was perfect. I came here with my family, and we all enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good.

Very peaceful stay

First night there was no hot water due to boiler but manager Ryan refunded us that night. Besides that, it was great

No hot water

First night was fine. Second morning no hot water. No one gave me a reason as to why there was no hot water. I had 2 teenagers with no showers in the morning. That was a nightmare

I can assure you, my team and I responded as quickly as we could to call in our vendors and have it repaired as fast as we could. We all understand the gravity of the issue to our guests by not having hot water! Thankfully it was repaired, and we have been busy reassuring our guests that we are ready for them to take long hot showers now. We hope you give us another chance the next time you come to Clermont! Room Not Thoroughly Checked out Before Check in

We found a pair of pants behind the armchair which meant that the room wasn't properly checked out by Hotel Maid before we checked in.

Clean but needs a maintenance man.

The hotel just needs some general maintenance. Walls and doors all scratched up. Needs some paint. The computer at the business center did not work and they stated it was a brand new computer. The hotel clerk tried to get it to work with no luck. I always carry my printer with me but ran out of ink so I had to make a trip to Staples to purchase ink to print out some reports. The hotel is clean it just has a little wear and tear.
