“Great location!”

“Not really impressed”

Got to the hotel and there were no luggage carts and they failed to find us one. Our room was okay, but they allow dogs so we had to listen to barking at times. We found spaghetti sauce on our pillow case, wasn't washed off at all. The bathroom was poorly spot cleaned and the showers were tiny! The hallways smelled like smoke and the elevator was smelly also. The only thing good about this hotel is the pool was nice and the breakfast was pretty decent.

“Great economical airport location”

Located just east of airport in common looking hotel building but rooms have been recently upgraded to at least 4-star status. Standard cold breakfast with waffle machine included with stay along with USA Today. Complimentary wireless and lobby computer with printer available. Bob Evans and another restaurant located across the street.

Downtown Cleveland, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, etc.

“Place to sleep”

4 of us stayed in this hotel as we used it as a springboard to go to the rock and roll Hall of Fame and the Football Hall of Fame. For a place to stay and not "hang out at" it is perfectly fine. The restaraunt across the street had very good food for very inexpensive. My only complaint is that the minute you get off the elevator you are hit with a very strong smell of smoke. This must have been or is a place to stay for smokers and since I have never been a smoker nor anyone in our party it really was strong to us. But to be completely fair, our room never did smell this way...only the hallways. So convienience was good, hotel was comfortable but did have the smell of smoke very strongly in the hallways.

“Cleveland Stopover”

This is a very adequate facility and very convenient to all the merging interstates as well as the airport. Public transportation readily accessable, though we did not require it.

Area recommendations

I do not know Cleveland very well. If you are interested in colleges, sports or historical sites, then this is not the place for you. We were merely stopping enroute to Detroit, Michigan.
