“Hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed in.”

This hotel was by far the best we've stayed in. Service was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. Had a little kitchen area where you could get complimentary coffee and drinks any time during the day. Hotel was very clean. I liked that they had a computer with the internet. Gave me something to do while my husband had a meeting. Definitely will recommend this place to others.

“Definitely worth the money”

I recently stayed for two nights at the Best Western in Brook Park. Cheap and easy access to Cleveland. I was definitely impressed with the quality of the room for how inexpensive it was. Service was good and room was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Cleveland.

“Convenient and clean”

Very convenient hotel . As soon as I landed and got out I called for the shuttle. The shuttle was already there by the time I walked to the baggage area. Check in was so quick as they had already arranged everything as soon as I called the shuttle. Room was large , clean and convenient with lots of outlets.Bathroom was spotless. Very clean relaxing pool and hot tub. Good breakfast starting at 6 am with bread , waffles, cereals, boiled egg, fruits,yoghurt, juice,tea and coffee . The staff had called for a cab previous evening for morning 6 am. Cab arrived 5min before time,reliable driver.(I took his number and used it multiple times). Very affordable and convenient for one night. Bob Evan next door but did not use it.

“Casual family hotel”

Great family place. Good breakfast, decent pool and hot tub. A little noisy, but good overall. I'd stay again.

“Strategic Location”

This hotel is very well located. Just by the airport and very close to downtown. The only thing I considered would have made my stay more comfy were the mattresses. They were not at their best.

The location of the hotel provides easy access to the airport and local highways. The hotel itself is somewhat small but very clean with good service.
