“no free parking anymore”
The staff was coureous & the room was clean. My only beef is that I was charged to park in the lot at the hotel. This is not stated anywhere on the hotel's website, nor was I informed of the charge from the hotel staff. I only found out when I got home & saw the charge on my credit card. This charge is a new development, as I have stayed here before & was never charged. I found the fact that parking is now chargeable petty. The hotel isn't in Manhattan, it's in the Cleveland suburbs.
“Nice place near airport”
The staff was very nice - offering free shuttles to the rapid transit station nearby ( the hotel is far from downtown) and tot the airport. The lobby restaurant was surprisingly good! Good business hotel.

The construction really didn't hinder our trip but it was alittle unsightly. Really close to the airport and rental car place. Resturant in hotel is alittle overpriced but ok.

Very attractive lobby. Bathrooms somewhat cramped with door opening covering entrance to bathtub. Generally well kept, but this stay the maid service was sub-optimal.

I would definitely stay here again. It was located right off of the express which it made it convenient to downtown Cleveland. Also, I would recommend getting the breakfast included in your room. For the breakfast buffet, it would have been $30 for just two people if it had not been included in the room. The breakfast buffet was great. They had a chef to make omlets and waffles. They also had breakfast potato's, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. However, there is a Denny's right next door to the hotel if you don't want to get the breakfast with the room. Other than that, there aren't many places to eat located nearby, but downtown Cleveland is only a ten minute drive away. Hotel staff was very helpful. They recommended an awesome pizza place near the hotel. We also experienced fast check in and check out.
“Marriott - Cleveland”
Booking with Expedia was a great experience, when we arrived at the hotel there were no problems with check in. Overall had no problems during our stay. However, at check out some valuable items (about $150 worth personal items) were missing from our room and neither hotel management or housekeeping management were unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation. So my recommendation is that if you stay at this hotel, keep all of your valuables with you whenever you leave your room.

It has the appearance of a first class hotel, however, you pay $5.00 per day for parking, the rooms are ok but the bathrooms are small and the shower is smaller. Nice restaurant and bar. I'll go back but only if there is a deal.
