One night stay.

My boyfriend and I chose the Marriott hotel Cleveland airport for our stay for a concert that was in town. Great choice all around. From the greeting staff to exit staff absolutely no disappointments. We'll stay there again if we're in Cleveland.

Pros: location, price, kept well
Cons: quieter rooms or make people quiet down
The whirlpool jets only two of them worked. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very noisy. There were young girls on our floor and they were up all night. The door had a big crack on the bottom. I placed a towel over it and that helped some. There were people in the hall ways slamming doors and talking. We left the next morning and moved to a Double Tree which was excellant for the same price. The Double Tree has comfortable beds, a large size room, very quiet, and nice wait staff.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: I would like to see check in time at 12 so people can atleast get a 24 hr stay.
Location: My location was cleveland airport. Theres a shuttle that took me to near places and a Denny resterraunt right next door.
My stay was a short one night stay for a wedding, but it ws a great stay.

I was in town for my nephew graduation and this was my first time and stay in Ohio. I absolutely love the room! I only one issue with some trash being left from previous guess. However, I did not that fact that there was no free continental breakfast or WIFI. Otherwise, this is a beautiful facility and the staff was customer oriented and polite.

Not very service oriented

Stayed 3 nights and did not receive maid service and fresh towels until I requested them at the front desk. Rooms are rather small for a Marriott - I think I will stick with the Hilton from now on.

Great getaway!

Pros: Good service. Appreciated the "no kids after 10" policy at the pool. Great breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was super-helpful!
Cons: Pool area was not cleaned as often as necessary. Bits of fruit on the ground in the evening, still there in the AM, from kids throwing fruit.
Location: Great access to the city!
We were looking for a simple getaway from the Columbus winter and chose this hotel mainly for its pool, hot tub and cost. It did not disappoint! We were very comfortable and enjoyed the room, the pool, the restaurant and the gym. Everyone was so gracious and responsive. We had a problem with our bathroom door sticking and a workman was up to fix it within the hour!

Cons: CLEAN THE DRINKING GLASSES BETTER IN THE BATHROOM INSTEAD OF JUST WIPING THEM
Location: GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT
PEOPLE WERE KIND , ROOMS WERE CLEAN, FOOD WAS VERY GOOD.

So very disappointed in this Marriott. The hallways were littered, the bed was hard & the pillows lumpy & tiny. The room was so dry that we were up coughing all night & had to buy a humidifier to keep in the room for the 2nd & 3rd night. NOT up to Marriott standards.

A very nice experience

I had a lovely stay at the Cleveland Airport Marriott - the hotel is kept very clean and is in great condition; I appreciate that it has a gym and pool as well! The staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay, and made it feel great to come back to. This will be my first choice for my next trip!
