“Very convenient”

They have a long history of serving Clinic patients and families. We had to get maintenance to come because it was hot in the room. Very nice, very prompt, but said it was an older building without individual room heating and air. Cracked a window and it was fine.

“Excellent Service.”

I was really happy with the service that I received from this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for people interviewing for residency at either Case Western or Cleveland Clinic.

“Across the street from Cleveland Clinic”

Basic hotel but nice and clean, front desk seemed very busy - looked like they could use more help. Friendly staff. I would stay there again if I was a patient at the clinic becasue you can walk to several of the buildings.

“Safe and easy access”

Our stay was great, just a short walk to the heart center. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff were excellent except for one. It was extremely easy to get to. Only draw back was one of the elevators was very noisy and they are obviosuly old, but we never got stuck and they were fast.

“Evaluate other option..”

Location to Cleveland Clinic was primary attraction. Discovered WiFi is available in the lobby only, not in rooms, and was not good reception. Room was very warm, was told that the air conditioner was turned off for the season and to open my window. However, window locks only allowed window to open 3" so minimal air flow. Breakfast buffet was very sparse at best with same few items repeated day after day. It appeared that the hotel may be on it way to retirement and replacement and upkeep was a minimum.

“Location, location, location”

I would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it if you need to be close to the Cleveland Clinic. However, the place is poorly run, the rooms are tired and not especially clean, staff seem overwhelmed or under trained. My husband's plastic room key would not work and only after two trips to the desk, waiting in the hall, and having the "engineer" come and crowbar the door lock did he get in. We experienced two false alarm fire alarms (down and up five flights of stairs.) BUT, the bed was very comfortable, and the walk to and fro the Clinic was quick. It was a welcome respite.

“Meets needs”

This hotel is not for a weekend getaway. It is for convenient access to Cleveland clinic for patients/family/visitors to clinic. It provides very easy access. The rooms are nice. I found it to be clean, with TV, wireless, iron, hairdryer, but it was not plush. I believe they all have refrigerators that are a bit larger than the usual. It met my needs and the price was much better than nearby hotels that did not have the access.
