Would definitely recommend. Was everything we needed and for a good price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great....so close to University Circle and the Hospitals.

This hotel is very convenient if you have business at the Cleveland Clinic. You can just walk across the street (or ride the shuttle door to door if dark or inclement weather) It is quiet and restfull in times of stress. The rooms are nice, I particularly liked having screened windows that open for fresh air. Having a frig in the room was a pleaseant and convenient surprise. I would prefer wi-fi in each room but having it in the lobby is doable, since the Clinic has it everywhere. The included breakfast is not fancy but convenient to get you off to a good start to often long days. This is an older hotel but a safe and convenient sanctuary. The plastic keyy room cards are very sensitive though ,and after returning from the Clinic, SERVERAL times the keys had to be "reodone: to allow access to the rooms. We would stay there again..

very kind and understanding accomodations. the Guesthouse works with you as you take care of your loved one(s) at Cleveland Clinic. the shuttle service is wonderful whether or not you chose to use it especially after dark. the walk to Cleveland Clinic is very short & safe yet the shuttle is safer.

“Not bad for the money”

The exterior of the hotel has the look of an older building but it is not really that bad. The convenience to the Clinic is right across the street, It is safe and secure.Ease of parking and lighting. To pick up patient you just drive across the street to the main entrance. The staff is very helpful and make your stay very satisfyig.

THIS IS AT CLEVELAND CLINIC. I HAD MAJOR SURGERY AND SHE STAYED AT THE GUESTHOUSE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD STAY THERE ANYTIME.
