“It's a good place if you have to be there.”

The staff are great. It's right across the street from the Clinic and is very convenient if you have friends or family who are being treated there.

very helpful staff, clean hotel. no complaints. All and all a comfortable stay. The staff was always available to answer questions and help you. We will stay there the next time we need to be at the clinic.

The staff was especially friendly and VERY helpful, especially "Vanessa" who works the sign-in desk. The shuttle service to and from the Cleveland Clinic was invaluable.

It is quite good for a guesthouse - however - i can see this place deteriorating real fast. Think Inter Con did a good job of setting this place up. But at the end of the day it is a guesthouse and I think it won't put in much investment to upkeep it's original condition. Great place to stay for the price now.. but a few years down the road.... hm... don't think so.

“Cleveland Clinic Guesthouse”

Although the hotel itself was clean enough, there were unsightly stains in our tub that gave the impression of older, dated equipment badly in need of renovation. The same is true for the thermostat device in the room. It was impossible to set it at a comfortable temperature (kept resetting to 74 degrees) so we ended up opening a window to get some cooler air circulating in the room. The front desk staff as well as the concierge were very gracious and helpful during our stay. They made up for the overall appearance of the hotel and its limited amenities. In short, this is the place to stay for an affordable, no-frills, couple of nights.

“Great transportation”

This hotel is on the campus of the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. It is within walking distance of pretty much of everything and there is great free transportation on this campus.

“Not impressed with information on tv.”

I was disappointed about not having closed caption on tv. At that time, there was a weather snow advisory and wasn't sure how bad it was when traveling from Cleveland to Columbus.

Although the Cleveland Clinic Guest House is meant mostly for people visiting the Clinic, it was convenient to Case Western and the cultural center of Cleveland, very quiet and neat. They were not really prepared for real tourists, as most of their clientele are there for the clinic.
