“Wonderful experience”

My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the overall experience staying at the Marriott Key Center. Friendly staff, very adequate rooms and nice look to lobby and resturants, informative concierge service. We dined at David's just before close and were made to feel like we were the most important guests in the hotel. We were not rushed at all and were able to enjoy a romantic dinner-excellent entrees too!

“Fabulous place, highly recommended.”

This hotel was amazing. The people were so friendly and helpful. Even the doorman gave us great advise and helped us find a shuttle. Location was great, only a few blocks from the Rock and Roll hall of fame. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and decently priced. Parking at the hotel was $20 daily but there were many other parking structure within a few blocks that we parked at instead. Rooms were very nice and the bedding is fantastic. Overall exceptional!

“Perfect Weekend Getaway”

I cannot say enough about my stay at the Marriott! We had a wonderful, wonderful visit. Our room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff - especially the front desk manager and concierge - was polite, accommodating and helpful at every turn. The service was outstanding; the food delectable; and the amenities top-notch. We could not have been more impressed or more delighted with our stay. Not only will we recommend this hotel, we won't consider staying anywhere else in Cleveland.

“I love the Marriott Cleveland at Key Center”

I spent 4 nights at the Marriott Cleveland Key Center. I went there for a long mom's weekend out and counldn't think of a better place to stay. From the Valet service which is alittle pricey to the front desk, the houskeeping and the restaurant I was treated like family. The first night I was not able to get the room I wanted but the front desk put me in the room of my choice, the corner rooms overlooking the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Browns Stadium...great views, the next morning. The bed was so comfortable, the room so clean I did not want to leave it for very long. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Downtown Cleveland. I can't wait to go back next year!

“Best Location”

We went to Cleveland for a Browns game. The hotel was only a couple of blocks away from the stadium, so it couldn't have been more convenient. Very nice place and great staff. Good restarant too.

“Awesome hotel!”

I had no idea what to expect from the Marriott. I thought it would be good but it so far surpassed my expectations I couldn't believe it. The room was great, the food was excellent, the deal was great, the workout facilities were first-rate, and best of all, all the staff, from the check-in desk to the housekeeper to the restaurant staff, was super friendly and attentive. Next time we go to Cleveland we will definitely stay there again!

“Great, except room service”

This is the second time I stayed at this Marriott. It is convenient to a few clients. The room is great and comfortable. I am a big fan of mini fridges and these rooms have one. I was not happy with the food from room service. It was freezing in Cleveland and I was not going to go outside so to not like the food was a bummer considering the high cost of room service to begin with.

“Great Place”

We stayed for one night and we enjoyed the accomodations. The location is great and the rooms were clean. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant (seemed a bit pricey). Overall it was excellent and we will return.

“Very nice hotel - super comfortable beds!”

This hotel was great -- the kids loved the indoor pool (and I loved that it was only three feet deep) and the workout room equipment was FANTASTIC. The beds were very, very comfortable. Decor was very modern and nice. Each room had a good sized flat screen (plasma?) TV - one of those thin kinds. Only drawback was that the bathroom vanity area was on the small side. Really only one (or two very close) person(s) could really use the sink/mirror/closet area at a time. No biggie though. Great buffet breakfast, no problems with the valet. Will definitely stay here again in future.
