“Great Value”

Great value for the price. Easy to get to from the airport. Located in a great neighborhood with plenty of food locations and entertainment. Great for the business traveler that needs a good room with a great location and moderate price.

“Am staying here on all Cleveland trips.”

Unless you're looking for outright luxury, this place is ideal. A little hard to find but I like that it's not right on the main street.

Area recommendations

Downtown Cleveland is much better than its' reputation. Lake Erie is like ocean front too.

“Convenient location”

The overall experience at the hotel was good. The personnel was helpful and friendly. The room was good for the price and the hotel has a lot of places to eat nearby.The only negative things that I can tell is that the TV was an antique, the hallway rugs are very old, the elevator odor was weird and the lobby always smell like cigarette(but this was people's fault because smoke outside the front door).

“Everything was great, but for slight problem with cleaniness.”

I really the shuttle service to the airport and surrounding attractions. I didn't have a car, so this was very convenient for me to ride the shuttle to the airport and then ride the RTA to Cleveland. The two weekday more elder shuttle drivers were very nice and friendly - the weekend, younger drivers were not so friendly. The hotel would have been great, but upon check-in the bathroom counter had hair over it and that's where they kept the coffee pot. However, once I contacted the front desk, someone quickly came and cleaned it. Even she didn't get all the hair off the counter, but I didn't mentioned it again. Also, the bathtub was rather stained. They need to place the sign - noting that towels need to be left on the floor if you want them changed - in a more prominent place. I didn't see the sign until two days later. The hot breakfast service is good and all the hotel front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful.

“Pleasantly Surprised!”

I stayed for 4 nights as a solo guest.It was clean and the parking lot was well lit and I felt safe coming and going at late hours.The hotel staff was very helpful and curtious to my vision impaired mother when she stopped by to visit me at the hotel before I departed.They made sure she got to my room when she arrived.It was budget friendly without loosing any quality of service! I would stay there again!

Area recommendations

The Kamm's Plaza neighborhood in Cleveland offers great entertainment and delicious food! It's within a 15 minute drive from the hotel.The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame is also a great stop to make before leaving the Cleveland area!

“Won't be back”

This hotel stay was very disappointing. As we arrived, we noticed the pool was not opend yet (June 30-July1). After we checked into our room, we tried to buy a movie, the TV screen went black. The front desk couldn't help us and offered to change the room. After waiting 15 minutes for the new key, they called to let me know I was supposed to go pick it up. When we settled into the new room, the same thing happened. By the time the repair man got there, it was too late to watch a movie. The "business center" consisted of a computer with a sign taped on it saying the internet was down, This was not true because my son's wifi was picking up the hotel signal. I had been counting on that computer and was not happy. Breakfast was all simple carbs, Not a piece of fruit or protein in sight! We've stayed in a number of Comfort Inns in our travels and I was shocked by this one. Usually I am pleasantly surprised by the caliber of service offered at their reasonable rates.
