“Extremely helpful staff”

I was traveling on a no-frills business trip. The staff at the Comfort Inn were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Not only that, but I couldn't believe how comfortable the bed was, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning my messing room each day.

This hotel is extremely comfortable, clean and the staff was very pleasant to be around and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and price.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, great shuttle service to airport. Staff goes out of their way to help. Always a smile!

My family stayed here in August for a family vacation. The hotel was very conveniently located to attractions, shopping and dining. The staff were very pleasant, rooms were clean, pool was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

“Very accommodating”

We had a great time at the hotel. The room was nice, the people were wonderful and very accommodating to us... they took care of everything we wanted. Close to Cleveland, but outside of the city hustle and bustle. Lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again!

My kids and I have stayed here the past couple of years; it is our stopover point on a trip from New York to Michigan. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is great, the location is convenient, and it is next to Max and Erma's.

“Will Stay There Again”

We are hoping to go to Cleveland again within a year. We will definitely stay here. The location was perfect (close to Cedar Point, food, and our friends). The pool was fun and, the best part, was being able to have Pizza Hut delivered.
