“Would definitely stay here again!”

This hotel is conveniently located, has great service, clean rooms & a wonderful continental breakfast with both hot & cold foods. You get much more than you pay for especially since its in downtown Cleveland. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the Cleveland area again.

Definitely recommend visiting the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame downtown.

“Good value, good location.”

WiFi worked well in room. If you have anything larger than a small car, park in the surface lot and avoid the underground garage (surface lot manned 24/7 and run by same people as underground garage). Surface lot price charge same as underground garage and charged same by hotel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Clean. No frills, just a good value. Great location for accessing local bus system. Hotel located just across street from Cleveland State University and approx. 10 mins. to Cleveland Clinic Hospital by bus.

“Alright”

Hotel was not bad for a older hotel room was ok Ok if you are needing to go to Cleveland State or Cleveland Clinic to far for Browns football

“Roaches are an automatic no!!”

Parking was horrible. The parking staff was extremely rude!! As soon as we walked in our room a roach ran across the floor. The heat and stinch of the room was unbearable!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

“Great Stay for a Great Price”

I recently returned from a 5 bought stay at this hotel. I was very impressed at the service staff and the managerial staff. It was a great rate and is located close to Cleveland's attractions. 5 minutes from the browns stadium, the theatre district; 10 minute walk from the restaurant/club area; and about 18 minutes from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center, the Indians stadium, and the boardwalk. The hotel is clean, comfortable. I was a little nervous after reading some of these reviews. Don't listen to them the hotel is great. If you have a car, be aware that you'll be charged for parking for your stay when you arrive-but the parking fee is the cheapest in Cleveland! Overall, I loved my stay and will stay at the Comfort Inn next time I am in town.

East 6th and Euclid-Great places to eat and have a good time. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum-Amazing experience!!

“convenient and comfortable”

Spent the night in Cleveland to see a show. The hotel is a block away from the theaters. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy and the parking garage is REALLY sketchy, but the police were visible and it still felt fairly safe. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and the water was hot. the staff was friendly and accomodating. Great room for the price.

“Won't Stay There Again!!!!”

I was disappointed with the hotel overall. Thought it would have been better upkept. Hopefully, the next time I sleep at a Comfort Inn, I will have a better experience!

“Ok service but the hotel rooms could use a little upgrade”

The Comfort-Inn Downtown Cleveland is nice. The front desk service was great, but the rooms are a little small and the bathroon could use an upgrade. Oh and the continental breakfast was awesome!
