“Cleveland Comfort Inn - Downtown”
Everything was very clear and spacious. We were very happy with our stay.
“Great Place to See a Browns Game”
Very convenient. Right by the Theater district and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to the Browns stadium.
“good value in the theater district”
Excellent location near the theater district; adequate breakfast; good parking; nice room; small bathroom Doesn't look like much from the street level, since the lobby is entered off a driveway/alley, but fine once inside
“It was okay”
There was a really loud group of people who came the second night I was there, but I called the front desk, and immediately, security came up to check.
“Alright”
Hotel was not bad for a older hotel room was ok Ok if you are needing to go to Cleveland State or Cleveland Clinic to far for Browns football
“Close to Playhouse Square”
This hotel is a bit of a walk from Public Square but very close to CSU and Playhouse Square. The front desk staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast isn't bad and the price is right (free). The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. The whole hotel is non-smoking which is a real plus for cleanliness. They gave me bottled water when I checked in which was nice. There is a Subway sandwich shop connected to the building and there is a pizza place just downstairs. This is a good place to stay if you want a budget room downtown.
“clean, cheap”
Nice room for the money. Free shuttle to clev. clinic.
“Convenient”
Stayed one night to attend ALCS game 5. Excellent location within walking distance to Jacob's Field. Felt very safe walking at night. Nice restaurants and bars close by.
“Good location for Cleveland's theater district”
My husband & I enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to the theaters so that we could walk. Parking rates were reasonable. The hotel needs some modernization. Staff was very nice.
“Sloooooowwwww elevator”
The elevator to the garage beneath the hotel was very slow. Otherwise, it was okay. We walked to Jacobs Field from here, although it was a bit of a walk.
