Good hotel, further down Euclid but still walking distance from everything. Good choice to save a few dollars yet be downtown. Full breakfast is a plus.

Location is ok with public transport handy. Lack of good restaurants close by. Room is tiring, but clean and comfortable enough. Front desk staff not as attentive as should be. Breakfast was adequate.

Only issue was with the poor wifi connection. Otherwise a fine experience.

Very over priced for what amenities they did provide. Paying for parking is not right! They will never see me at this place again

walking distance to Progressive field.

Pros: Breakfast was perfect to get us up and fed before our trip home
We walked to the ball game 10 min away. It was the perfect place to stay. Basic, clean and easy to find.

Everything was satisfactory. Room was clean and ,above all, quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Cleanliness and staff
Location: We came down for the Cleveland Indians home opener and the walk was okay but location was not fun to walk through at night.
Was not impressed with any aspect of the hotel. When the bathroom light was on the fan squeaked loudly. Very thin walls. Extremely small bathroom and lighting.

Pros: Walking distance from most things downtown has to offer. Room was nice enough and clean.
Cons: Could be updated. Was somewhat run down.
Was pleased to find hotel near Quicken Loans arena. It was sufficient for a one night stay and reasonably priced.

Pros: Price and location.
Cons: More welcoming front desk staff. Reliable internet.
Wasn't acknowledged by desk clerk for a few minutes upon check in, internet did not work at all, noisy guests at all hours. On the plus, it's close to downtown.

Wouldn't stay again

Disappointed to say the least. I understand it is an old hotel in downtown Cleveland but for $140 I certainly expected more. Room was incredibly small, bed uncomfortable, paking was a nightmare and continental breakfast was subpar. Front desk people indifferent, not rude but certainly not friendly. I won't stay again and certainly wouldn't recommend it.
