When we told them we were going to the Cleveland Browns football game they immediately offered free shuttle service to and from the game. I was quite glad I didn't have to negotiate the traffic as it was very congested and I also avoided the $20 cost of parking at the game. I alos asked if there was a Trader Joes in the area and the check-in person immediately looked it up for me and printed the directions. I will defintely go back there next year when I go to another football game!

Nice property. Rooms were ready early as we had hoped and the check in process was easy. Everything was clean and the room appeared to have been recently updated. Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful.

This is a beautifiul hotel, with friendly, attentive staff. The room was beautifully appointed; beds were extremely comfy! Breakfast staff was awesome and friendly- accommodating to other guests with special needs. A snowstorm the night before made it difficult for me to identify the driveway, but that was the only difficulty we had- wish we could have stayed another night!!!!

“A Real Crown In Cleveland”

On our recent trip from Austin to Cleveland we chose the Crowne Plaza Cleveland South hotel because of its central location to family and friends. We were not disappointed by the location and certainly surprised that the hotel surpassed all of our expectations. The room was large and comfortable, the lounge bar warm and cozy and the restaurant help went out of their way to serve us breakfast even though we arrived after breakfast hours. The Crowne Plaza is a real jewel in Cleveland.

We enjoyed our recent stay very much. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large with an excellent shower and a good sized tub. The in room coffee was great. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Room service was good and was delivered promptly. The indoor pool was nice, but we wish the outside pool had been open. We would definitely stay here again.
