“Willoughby Days Inn”

This hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was prompt, courteous and efficient. The pool was very clean and great to use during the hot weather when we stayed. The Willoughby area is very pleasant, and it was very easy to get to downtown Cleveland from the hotel, as it's just off the main highway.

“A good hotel”

Clean, warm, comfortable. Close to freeway. Quick late check-in (after midnight). Good breakfast. I am glad we stayed there, not in Cleveland - cheaper and better.

“Convenient and”

My stay was a very pleasant one. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations to bring it up-to-date and make it even more inviting. The rates are good and its in very close proximity to the Kirtland Temple historic site, the Old Kirtland historic village, and the home of President James A. Garfield.

“Not bad for the price....”

Only thing they really need is an elevator. Other then that not to bad for the price.

“Just don't check out really early”

We stayed here on our way to Cleveland airport. Check in was quick and painless. Our room was clean with a 'fridge and safe. We met friends in the area for dinner, so our time in the room was short, but comfortable. We had to check out at 5:30AM to get to the airport on time. If you try to enter the lobby from inside the hotel that early, the door is locked. They are relunctant to let you in and it's like you're putting them out checking out that early. The woman at the desk wasn't flat out rude, but it was boarderline.

We were traveling to the Cleaveland Clinic. The hotel was exactly as Expedia had described. Very satisfied.

“Very good for short stay”

It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It is not a five star hotel by any means, but it is good enough for one or couple of nights stay.

“Good enough for the price and convenience”

For an inexpensive room with a fridge and microwave, easy access to the freeway, and minutes away from historical sites we were visiting, it was very good. It was not the most comfortable place to stay--the hotel had an overall smoky smell (even in our non-smoking room), the room was somewhat musty, and we could hear the TV from the room next to us (loudly) all night. We would not recommend it for longer than 2 or 3 nights, but it was extremely convenient for the purposes of our trip.

Met my needs perfectly. Enjoyed refrigerator and microwave in room. Not luxurious, but served me well.
