“Didn't Mind Being Stuck Inside”

I went to Cleveland from Baltimore to watch the Ravens/Browns game. I had a blast, and the hotel was in the right location. The sports bar- while busy- was a surprising convenience, and the staff had an average level of customer service. The downside was that my toilet was acting up a bit (it kept running, so I fixed it myself!), and they charged me twice for parking. They resolved the issue, so it really didn't bother me.

Area recommendations

I really didn't get out except to the game, but downtown seems nice.

“Great Stay!”

My husband and I and a group of friends traveled to Cleveland for a Ravens game this past weekend. The hotel was just great! The staff was more than accomodating! There is a shuttle which will take you anywhere you'd like to go in the city....restaurants, bars, one shuttle driver even took us to a CVS store so that we could get tailgating 'supplies'! The lounge in the restaurant was also a plus, with good bar food for pregame and postgame festivities! There is also a Starbucks so "Hello, Morning!" The hotel is withing walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Browns stadium but the shuttle will take you there and pick you up if you don't feel like walking! Only drawback was the maid came early Sunday morning to clean our room and we told her to come back. She never did. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we return to Cleveland.

“Will NOT go back!”

We stayed here because of the convenience. The hotel was clean and everyone was nice but the problem that we had was with the noise level. We heard every door close (even several doors down the hall) in the middle of the night. We also were able to hear the water running in the room next door (at 1:30am). It was so bad that we actually called the front desk - which we never do. We think it was the quality of the construction at this hotel. We have stayed at Double Tree in Phoenix, AZ and it was great so it just may be at this location. On the plus side, the cookies are GREAT but it is not enough for us to go back.

We made the trip to Cleveland to see "The Christmas Story" house and the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.

“Great experience”

First of all, the staff was awesome. They greeted us like they were happy we were there, and allowed us to check in early with no problems. They even gave us fresh warm cookies with our key. The room was as described and a perfect location to walk to both the Rock and Roll HOF and Cleveland Browns Stadium (plus Science Center). The only concern about the location was there were really no restaurants to walk to easily, but the hotel has that covered too. There was a van shuttle that would drop you off and pick you up at any location after a quick phone call. The staff on the shuttle was extremely friendly as well. Overall this was a great experience, and I plan on returning here more often for our yearly trips to the city with friends. We typically stay in Westlake, but can't beat this.

“Cleveland Hotel”

I was very impressed. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I really liked the being able to take the hotel shuttle bus instaed of having to get a cab.

“Great Location Rock n Roll”

Perfect location for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Hotel staff was excellant and very pleasant. Hotel has shuttle if you don't want to walk the 1/2 mile and it was very timely - little or no waiting. Also great location for The Browns and The Indians stadiums. Very close walk or short ride. Only draw back, which was not a stopper, was the room service dirty dishes that were not picked up in a timely manner, that were left setting in the hallways and by the elevator for hours at a time.

Very close to the football stadium and Rock and Roll H.O.F. Nice atmosphere and great breakfast buffet. Courteous staff and nice pool.
